Depo Yönetim Sistemlerinde Kullanılan Otomatik Tanıma Ve Veri Toplama Teknolojileri İle Rfıd Etiketleme

Abstract

Tedârik Zinciri Yönetimi içinde ürünlerimizin izlenebilirliği ve sorunsuz şekilde mal ve hizmet akışının sağlanması ve müşteri hoşnutluğunu artırabilmek önem arzetmektedir. Bu çok iyi bir şekilde tasarlanmış otomatik tanımlama ve veri depolama teknolojilerinin zincir boyunca devreye alınmasıyla olanaklıdır. Bu çalışmada, depo yönetim sistemlerinde kullanılan otomatik tanımlama ve veri toplama teknolojilerinin en yenisi olan Radyo Frekans Tanımlama Sistemleri ayrıntılı olarak anlatılmıştır. Bu çalışma, Radyo Frekans Tanımlama Sistemleri konusunda Türkiye’de yapılan ilk yüksek lisans tez çalışması olması ve bundan sonraki çalışmalara kaynak olması açısından önem arzetmektedir. Öncelikle diğer otomatik tanımlama ve veri toplama teknolojileri hakkında kısa bilgiler verilmiş, ardından Radyo Frekans Tanımlama ve Etiketleme Sistemi ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. Özellikle bu sistemin diğer sistemlerden farkı ve olanakları açısından devrim sayılabilecek nitelikleri vurgulanmış ve bu sistemi tedârikçileriyle birlikte devreye alan parekende sektöründeki dünyaca ünlü iki firmanın uygulamaları yerinde görülüp incelenmiştir. Türkiye’deki firmaların depolarında kullandıkları otomatik tanımlama sistemlerini inceleyen ve kullandıkları sistemlerin yeğlenme nedenlerini ortaya koyan ve radyo frekans tanımlama sistemlerine olan bakış açısını saptamaya yönelik bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır.

It is very imperative for companies to maintain supply and service flow of their products within the Supply Chain while increasing customer satisfaction. This is possible by utilizing a well-designed automatic identification and data storage technologies in every step of the supply chain. In this study, Radio Frequency Identification techniques, the latest automatic identification and data collection technique used in warehouse management systems are explained in detail. This study has a significant value because it is the first time in Turkey Radio Frequency Identification is the subject of a graduate thesis. First, other automatic identification and data collection techniques are explained shortly, then Radio Frequency Identification and Labeling System is studied in detail. Especially, the revolutionary distinctive opportunities of this technique are emphasized, and two retail companies known worldwide that utilize this system within their supply chains are observed. A survey among Turkish companies is executed to identify which automatic identification techniques they use in their warehouses, why they prefer their current system over the others, and how they perceive the radio frequency identification systems.
