Suda Çözünen Yeni Tetra-katyonik Ftalosiyaninler

Abstract

Bu çalışmada periferal konumlarda dialkilamino grupları içeren katyonik suda çözünür ftalosiyaninlerin sentezlenmesi amçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmanın ilk aşamasında 3-(dietilamino)fenoksi grubu içeren 1,2-disiyanobenzen türevi 4[3-(dietilamino)fenoksi]ftalonitril, 4-nitroftalonitrilin 3-(dietilamino)fenol ile DMF içerisinde 50 oC de susuz K2CO3 varlığında nükleofilik yerdeğiştirme reaksiyonu sonucu elde edilmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci aşamasında ise [4-(3-(dietilamino)fenoksi)]ftalonitril bileşiğinin, heksanol içerisinde, ilgili metal tuzları varlığında veya yokluğunda (CuCl2, CoCl2), siklotetramerizasyonu ile periferal konumlarda dört tane 3-(dietilamino)fenoksi grubları taşıyan, tetra sübtitüe metalsiz, Cu(II) ve Co(II) ftalosiyanin türevleri elde edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın son aşamasında ise metalsiz, Cu(II), Co(II) ftalosiyaninler metil iyodürün aşırısında kloroform içerisinde karanlıkta 4 gün süre ile geri soğutucu altında ısıtılarak bu ftalosiyaninlerin kuaternize türevleri elde edilmiştir.

In this work it is aimed to synthesize cationic water soluble metal-free and metallo phthalocyanines carrying dialkylaminophenoxy substituents on the periphery. At the first stage of this work 3-(diethylamino)phenoxy group containing 1,2-dicyanobenzene derivative 4[3-(diethylamino)phenoxy]phthalonitrile was obtained by nucleophilic substitution reaction of 4-nitrophthalonitrile with 3(diethlyamino)phenol in DMF at 50 oC in the presence of anhydrous K2CO3. In the second stage of this work, metal free, Cu(II) and Co(II) phthalocyanine derivatives which carry four 3-(diethylamino)phenoxy groups on the periphery synthesized by cyclotetramerisation of 4[3-(diethylamino)phenoxy]phthalonitrile in the presence or absence of the corresponding metal-salt , CoCl2 and CuCl2. At the last stage of this work, metal-free, Cu(II) and Co(II) phthalocyanines were treated with an excess methyl iodide in chloroform at 70 oC in the dark for 4 days and quaternized derivatives of these phthalocyanines were prepared.
