Yüklenici firmalarda enformasyon sistemleri ve altyüklenici yönetimi enformasyon sistemi analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışma kapsamında; genel manada enformasyon sistemlerinin inşaat sektöründeki yeri, ve paralelinde proje yönetim organizasyonunun tamamına hizmet eden bir enformasyon sistemi ile yapım teknolojilerindeki gelişmeler doğrultusunda bu organizasyonun sabit bir parçası haline dönüşen altyüklenici yönetimi için bütün sistemle entegre olarak çalışacak bir enformasyon sistemi üzerine derinlemesine bir analiz çalışması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu amaçla öncelikle, altyüklenici yönetim işlevi İrdelenerek bir enformasyon sistemi tasarımına yönelik altyapı bilgisi oluşturulmaya çalışılmış, ardından çalışmanın ikinci önemli alt başlığı olan enformasyon sistemleri konusu ve Türkiye'de ve dünyada CIC kavramı irdelenerek bir enformasyon sistemi tasarımında izlenecek yöntem ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmanın son aşamasında ise tüm bu araştırmalardan hareketle, altyüklenici yönetim işlevi ve CIC amaçlı enformasyon sistemi tasarım süreçleri çakıştırılarak, bütün yönetime ait enformasyon sistemi ile etkileşimli olarak işleyecek bir "altyüklenici yönetimi enformasyon sistemi" için sektörün sahiplerince gerçekleştirilmesi gereken süreç modeli üzerine bir alternatif geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır.

Through the scope of this study, the place of information systems in construction industry, an information system serving to all functions of a project management organization and a module of it on "subcontractor management", which has turned into a fixed part of the whole organisation with the developments in construction technologies are analysed in depth. To reach this aim, firstly, Subcontractor Management Function is researched to form the infrastructural knowledge for the design of an information system, and then the second important subtitle; information systems and CIC (Computer Integrated Construction) in Turkey and in the world are investigated to bring up the method for the design of an information system. Finally in the last phase of the study; "subcontractor management" and "the process of the design of an information system" are combined to constitute an alternate on the process model for a "subcontractor management information system" working in integration with the information system of the whole project management organisation.
