Organizational Flexibility as a concept proposed to adapt environmental change to be a successful organization and quantitative evaluation of organizations are two basic concepts of this study. In addition, institutional characteristics and organizational management design parameters are included in the context. The basic problematic searched throughout the study is “ in what way management characteristics of organization affects performance of the firm and organizational flexibility?”. In the study, the definitions of organizational flexibility, firm performance, institutional characteristics and management design parameters are included as a result of literature survey. Relying on these explanations on organizational flexibility performance model is formed and in this context, statistical evaluations are made by using multivariate statistical analysis approach. Strategies and proposals are developed by using findings of statistically evaluated data. Data were collected through the interviews with managers in human resource or related departments and section managers at the metal industry. The results are compared with other study. The study results in line with previous findings.
