İnşaat Sektöründe İnovasyon

Abstract

Günümüzde çok sık kullanılan terim olan “İnovasyon” gelişen ve gelişmekte olan ülkeler için oldukça önem taşıyan bir kavramdır. Birçok sektör ve çalışanları tarafından bilincinde olan bu kavram; ülkenin ve toplumun kaynaklarının ürün ve hizmete dönüşmesi ile bu ürün, hizmetlerin ekonomik ve toplumsal kazanç oluşumunu sağlar. Ekonominin en can alıcı ve tüm sektörleri beraberinde tetikleyen inşaat sektörü, inovasyondan en hızlı etkilenmesi gereken sektörlerden birisidir. Küreselleşme olgusu ile birlikte tüm dünyada yaşanan ekonomik faaliyet, teknolojik gelişmeler ve siyasi arenadaki değişimler inovasyonun gerekliliğini gösteren iç ve dış etkenlerdir. Türk İnşaat Sektöründeki firmaların ise iyi servis verme yetenekleri, değişik coğrafyalarda iyi ilişki kurabilmeleri, organizasyonlarının esnek olması ve gözü kara olmaları ile dünyaya adlarını duyurabilmişlerdir. İnşaat Sektörü’nün inovasyon alanında değerlendirmesi bu çalışmada “Proje Yaşam Evreleri” bazında yapılmıştır. Bu evrelerde yapılan inovasyon çalışmaları incelenmiştir.

Innovation’, a frequently used term nowadays, is a concept which is critically important for both developed and developing countries. Today a lot of sectors and their employees are aware of the significance of this concept, which stems from its ability to transform a country’s and a society’s resources into products and services and that those products and services provide social benefits. Construction sector is one of the sectors to be influenced most which induces all of the other sectors. Along with globalization, economic activities, technological improvements and changes in the political arena are the internal and external factors which indicates the necessity of innovation. Through the quality of the services they deliver, their ability to build up decent relations in different parts of the world, the flexibility of their organizations and their bravery, Turkish companies in the construction sector made a name all over the world. In this study construction sector in the scope of innovation is addressed on the basis of “Stages of Project Life Cycle”. Every stage contains innovations in terms of method, procedure and type which are formed in the stage itself .Furthermore different types of innovation stand out in every process.
