Stratejik Yönetim Sürecinin Yayılım Ve İletişim Ekseninde Örgütsel Performans Üzerindeki Etkileri Ve Türk Otomotiv Sektöründe Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Günümüzde, örgütlerin uzun soluklu yaşam eğrilerini dikkate aldığımızda stratejik yönetim sürecinin etkinliğinin ne denli ön plana çıktığı görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, stratejik yönetim kavramının yakın kavramlar ile ilişkileri ele alınmış ve stratejik yönetimin uygulama süreci ve sürecin etkinliğini yönlendiren yayılım ve iletişim boyutları üzerinde durulmuştur. Yapılan araştırmanın analizlerine göre, örgüt içi iletişim ve yayılım değişkenleri örgütün performansına istatiksel olarak anlamlı bir etki edicidir. Çalışmanın bu sonuçları örgüt performansı ile iletişim ve yayılım değişkenleri arasında fonksiyonel bir yapının bulunduğunu göstermektedir.Today, the organization taking into consideration the life cycle of the long-term strategic management process, we come to the fore how the issue is observed. In this study, the relationship between strategic management concept and close concepts of strategic management has been handled and has focused on the application process of the strategic management and the effectiveness of the process of deployment and communication dimensions.According to research conducted the analysis, organizational communication and deployment variables have statistically significant effect on organization performance. The results of the study shows that the subvariables of communication and deployment factors have different and indirect influences on organization performance.
