Ülkesel Koşullara Uygun Sürdürülebilir Yapım İçin Stratejik Yönetim Modeli

Abstract

Farklı ülke koşullarına uygun sürdürülebilir yapım stratejilerinin belirlenmesinde kullanılabilecek yol gösterici bir model geliştirilmesi amacına yönelik; bu çalışmada öncelikle, literatürdeki bilgilerden faydalanarak, sürdürülebilirlik ve sürdürülebilir kalkınma kavramları ortaya konmuştur. Daha sonra ise, inşaat sektörü ve yeni bir kavram olarak sürdürülebilir yapım, literatür araştırması yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Bu noktada öncelikle, inşaat sektörü ve çevresel, sosyal ve ekonomik etkileri üzerinde durulmuş ve sektörün sürdürülebilir kalkınma ile ilişkisi ortaya konmuştur. Sonrasında ise, sürdürülebilir yapım kavramı kapsamlı olarak analiz edilmiştir. Ayrıca, sürdürülebilir yapım için sürdürülebilirlik göstergeleri ve stratejik yönetim kavramı da ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen bu kapsamlı literatür araştırmalarının sonuçları irdelenerek çeşitli sentezlere ulaşılmıştır. Son olarak ise ulaşılan bu sentezlere dayanarak tezin amacı doğrultusunda, ülkesel koşullara uygun sürdürülebilir yapım için bir stratejik yönetim modeli ortaya konmuştur.

Having aimed at developing a strategic model paving way for sustainable construction strategies appropriate to different national conditions, the doctoral study presents, first of all, the concepts of sustainability and sustainable development with a literature review. Secondly, the construction sector and sustainable construction as a new concept have also been analyzed through literature review. In this part, the construction sector and its environmental, social and economic effects as well as its relation with the sustainable development have been described. Furthermore, the concept of sustainable construction has been analyzed in detail. Moreover, sustainable indicators for sustainable construction as well as the concept of strategic management have been broadly investigated. At the end of the detailed literature review, synthesis has been given. Finally, based on the synthesis and following the aim of the thesis, a strategic management model has been proposed to set up a sustainable construction appropriate to national conditions.
