Farklı Sosyo Ekonomik Grupların Oluşturduğu Toplu Konut Açık Alanlarında Kullanıcı Memnuniyetinin Ölçülmesi: Bahçeşehir Ve Esenkent Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada kent çeperlerindeki Bahçeşehir ve Esenkent örneklerinden yola çıkılarak farklı sosyo-ekonomik grupların oluşturduğu toplu konutlarda kullanıcı memnuniyet düzeyinin ölçülmesi hedeflenmektedir. Konut ve çevresi memnuniyeti, yaşanılan çevreye kullanıcıların verdikleri tepkilerin bir yansımasıdır. Memnuniyetin sağlanmasında önemli bir bileşen olan konut çevresi; konut ile konutun bulunduğu alan ve çeşitli olanaklara erişebilirliğini kapsamaktadır. Konut çevresi kelimesi yalnız fiziksel konut alanı bileşenleri ile değil, aynı zamanda sosyal ve ekonomik durumlarla da ilgilidir. Konut ve çevresi memnuniyeti; algıya dayalı olduğundan kullanıcı ihtiyaç ve özlemleri, demografik özellikleri gibi unsurlarla doğrudan ilişikilidir. Farklı sosyo ekonomik grupların oluşturduğu toplu konut alanlarında kullanıcı memnuniyetini; fiziksel ve psiko-sosyal çevre özellikleri ve bireyin çevresini değerlendirmesi ile kişisel algılamaları arasındaki etkileşim oluşturmaktadır.

This paper examines literature about residential satisfaction and presents a contextual framework for understanding the residential satisfaction. Housing estate is a group of building designed as a whole with its social and physical infrastructure as well as its environment on a particular piece of land. While housing estates are places where people live collectively, they also affect the social life thereof. This study investigates their effects on social life. Residential satisfaction has long been a major research topic in such disciplines as, sociology, psychology, and planning cause individuals’ subjective evaluations of their housing and neighborhood determine the way they respond to residential environment and form the basis of demands for public action.
