Abstract

Bu tez, ISO 9000 Standartlarında ek bilgiler sağladığı gibi, bu konuya uzak olan okuyuculara, konudaki yeni gelişmelerle ilgili dokümanları ve yayınlan da sağlar. ISO 9000 Standardları ile ilgili konularla ilgili ek sorulanda yanıtlamaya gayret eder. Ayrıca bu alanda ileride yararlanılacak kaynaklan da bilgi olarak sunar. Bu tez ayrıca ISO 9000 Standartları ve kalite sistemleri tescili ile ilgilenen veya içinde olan herkes için hazırlanmıştır. Birleşik Devletler ticaretini etkileyebilecek Avrupa Birliğinde ISO 9000 ilgili konulara ayrı bir önem verilmiştir. Bu projenin amacı. Mühendislik Servislerinde ( Engineering Services ) kaliteyi etkileyen kritik aktiviteleri kontrol edebilecek ve yüksek kaliteli mal ve servisin sağlanmasını ve üretilmesini güvence altına alacak bir sistem oluşturmaktır. Hedef, ISO 9000 Standardlarını iskelet alarak, Mühendislik Servislerinde kalite sistemi için bir taslak dizayn etmek ve oluşturmaktır. Bu noktada, projenin hedefi, ISO 9002 Tabanlı kalite sisteminin mühendislik servislerine uyarlaması ile oluşan kavramsal kalite sistemini de içeren tüm gerekli bilgileri, sağlayan tam içerikli bir rehber yazmakla sağlanabilir. Bu tezde bahsedilen kavramsal kalite sistemi aynı zamanda Toplam Kalite Yönetimi Programını oluşturmak için bir yapı olarak ta kullanılabilir.

This thesis, provides additional information on the ISO 9000 standards and related issues to readers unfamiliar with some of the new developments in this area. It attempts to answer additional questions on ISO 9000 standards related issues. It also identifies sources for further help in this area. This project's aim is to establish a system that controls the critical activities affecting quality at Engineering Services and to assure the production and delivery of high quality goods and services. The objective is to design and develop an outline for a quality system in Engineering Services, having the ISO 9000 standard as a framework. At this point, the objective of the project can be satisfied to the fullest extent by writing a guide containing all the necessary information, including a conceptual quality system design to implement ISO 9002 based quality system in the division of Engineering Services, Marine Industrial Company. The conceptual quality system suggested in this guide can also be used as a structure through which to implement a Total Quality Management program.
