ERP sistemleri ve proje tarzı üretim yapılan bir şirkette ERP sisteminin seçimi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada ERP sistemlerinin seçimi üzerine bir uygulama çalışması yapılmıştır. Öncelikle ERP sistemlerinin tanımı üzerin durulmuş, gelişim aşamalalan incelenmiş, ERP sistemlerini ortaya çıkartan nedenlerden bahsedilmiş, ERP sistemlerinin şirketlerdeki işlevinden söz edilmiş ve ERP sistemlerinin geleceği hakkında görüşler sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın tanıtım bölümü araştırma için temel bilgi içerdiği için kısa ve net bilgiler içerecek şekilde yapılmıştır. Daha sonraki aşamada çalışmaya konu olan beş ERP sistemi özelliklerine göre incelenmiş ve tanıtılmıştır. Seçilen ERP sistemleri proje tarzı üretim yapan şirketlerin genel olarak kullandığı ERP sistemlerinden seçilmiştir. Sistemlerin temel özellikleri tanıtılmış, ayrıntılı inceleme için-kaynak gösterilmiştir. Uygulama aşamasında ise Fuzzy-AHP modeli uygulanmıştır. Modele veri oluşturacak bilgiler şirket içinde ERP sistemini kullanacak beş bölümden temsilcilerin belirlediği kriterleri eşli bir şekilde karşılaştırmaları sonucu çıkan ondokuz kriterden ortaya çıkan matrisin normalleştirilmesiye bulunmuştur. İş hayatından seçilen üç ERP uzmanı ise beş ERP sistemininin özelliklerini ondokuz kritere göre değerlendirmiş ve çıkan matrisler normalleştirilerek her ERP sisteminin ağırlığı kriter bazında ortaya çıkmıştır. ERP sistemlerinin kriter bazında çıkan ağırlıkları, kriter ağırlığıyla çarpılıp toplam sonuç bulunmuş ve en büyük değere sahip ERP sistemi en uygun seçim olarak bulunmuştur. Çalışma proje bazlı üretim yapan bütün şirketlere uygulanabilecek düzeydedir. Kriterler firma bazıda değişiklik göstereceği gibi, kriter ağırlıkları da firmadan firmaya değişebilmektedir. ERP sistemi içinde aynı durum sözkonusudur.

In this study, an application was developed on selection of ERP systems. It begins with definition of ERP systems; mention the facts about the development phases, the reasons that resulted as needs for ERP systems, application areas of ERP systems İn companies and the future of ERP. Since the introduction part of the study contains basic information for the research, it contains short and vital data. In the later part of the study, ERP systems that were chosen for the study examined and introduced in respect for their properties. Selected ERP systems have been chosen in ERP Systems which are used generally by companies using project type production method. Basic properties of systems were introduced and for more detailed research the sources were given. In application part Fuzzy- AHP model was applied. The data which will be used for the model has been gathered from the evaluation team which was formed in five different departments which need to use ERP. The evaluation team defined nineteen criteria and compared them peer-to-peer by using a standard method, forming a matrix; as a result by normalizing this matrix found weights for each criteria. Three ERP experts selected from professional business world used these values and evaluated five ERP systems properties in respect of nineteen criteria each by each. The matrixes gained from this process were normalized and the weight for each ERP systems in respect for each criteria was defined. The criteria based weights of ERP systems were multiplied by criteria weight and the result was found. The ERP system which has the biggest value was determined as the best solution. The research can be applied to all companies which has project type production method. The criteria and criteria values can be different from company to company. The same situation is true for ERP systems.
