Çelik Taşıyıcılı Konutlarda, Yapı Elemanı Tercihlerinin Örnekler Üzerinde İrdelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, çelik taşıyıcılı yapılarda kullanılan döşeme, duvar ve çatı elemanları incelenmiş ve seçilen örnekler üzerinden tasarımcıların tercih sebepleri araştırılmıştır. İçinde uzun zaman geçirilen konut gibi yapılar için gerekli konfor şartlarının sağlanması önemlidir. Bu şartların sağlanması için, yapı elemanlarının tasarımı aşamasında kullanılacak olan malzemelerin ve yapım sistemlerinin iyi bilinmesi ve ona göre tercihlerin yapılması gerekmektedir. Bu sebepten, öncelikle malzemelerin avantaj ve dezavantajları, çelik taşıyıcı sistemle uyumlu olup olamayacağı hakkında genel bir bilgilendirme yapılmıştır. Yapı elemanları tanıtıldıktan sonra ise İstanbul, İzmit ve Erzincan’da yapılmakta olan dört adet çelik taşıyıcılı konut örneği incelenmiştir. Hazırlanan anket vasıtasıyla projelerin mimar ve uygulamacıları ile görüşmeler yapılmış, yapı elemanı tercihleri ve tercih sebepleri hakkında bilgi alınmıştır. Alınan bilgiler, uygulama detayı çizimleri ve çeşitli görsellerle desteklenmiştir. Toplanan veriler sonucunda, çelik taşıyıcılı bir konut yapısı için yapı elemanlarının tasarım ve uygulama aşamasında, hangi kriterlerin ön planda olduğu irdelenmiştir.

In this study, floor, wall and roof components which are used in steel structural constructions, are examined and reasons for the preferences of the designers were investigated over the selected samples. Required comfort conditions are important for the constructions such as residences where people spend their long life time. For the provision of these conditions, it is neccessary to know materials and structure systems which are used in the design phase of building elements and to make selection accordingly. Therefore, a general information has been given about the advantages and disadvantages of materials and suitability with steel structural system. After introducing building elements, four steel structural residence examples in some cities such as İstanbul, İzmit and Erzincan were observed. With the help of survey, interviews have been done with architects and applicators of projects and information has been taken about their choices and the reasons of the choices for building elements. Taken information were supported by detailed application drawings and different visual materials. With the results of collected data, it is observed which criterias are important during the design and application of building elements for residence buildings with steel structural system.
