Sağlık Örgütlenmesi Yaklaşımları Ve Türkiye’de Hastane Binalarını Prefabrikasyon Teknolojilerine Göre Planlama Sorunu Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu tezde, hastane binalarının, çağdaş ve tutarlı bir sağlık örgütlenmesindeki yeri belirtilmekte, hastane binalarının nitelik ve nicelik açısından gereken düzeyde planlanması sorunları ele alınmakta, ihtiyaç duyulan hastane binasının gerçekleştirilebilmesi için yapım teknolojileri araştırması yapılmakta, Türkiye’de hastane binalarını prefabrikasyon teknolojilerine göre planlama sorunu üzerinde bir araştırma sonuçlandırılmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, hastane binalarının tarihsel gelişimi, hastane ve sağlık hizmeti ile çağdaş hastane tanımı konuları ele alınmaktadır. Hastane binaları çeşitli özelliklere göre sınıflandırılmakta, hastane ihtiyaç programı özellikleri araştırması yapılarak hastane binalarının mimari kuruluş yapısı incelenmektedir. Türkiye’de ve yurtdışında mevcut sağlık örgütlenmesi ve planlanmasının niteliksel ve niceliksel boyutları incelenmekte, ardından ülkenin hastane binasına ihtiyacı ve hastane açığı verilerine ulaşılmak istenmektedir. Bu verilere dayanılarak hastane yapımının prefabrikasyon teknolojilerini gerektirebilecek boyutları araştırılmaktadır. Hastane binalarının prefabrikasyon teknolojilerine dayalı planlama sorunları incelenmekte, hastane planlamasına uyumlu teknolojiler üzerinde durulmakta, örnekler üzerinde eleştiri ve değerlendirmeler yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışma sonucunda, Türkiye şartlarında hastane planlamasının prefabrikasyon teknolojilerine dayalı tasarım kuramı ve olanaklarına ulaşılmak istenmektedir.

On this thesis, the status of hospital building in a contemporary and consistent health organisation is told, the problem of hospital planning in terms of qualitative and quantitative necessities are studied, the construction technologies for constructing hospital buildings needed in the country are searched, and a research on the problem of planning hospital buildings with prefabrication technologies in Turkey is being concluded. On this context, the historical development of hospital building, the definition of hospital, the definition of health service and the definition of contemporary hospital are considered. The hospital buildings are classsified according to various criterias, hospital building requirement programme is searched, and the architectural design and structure of hospital buildings are examined. The qualitative and quantitative criterias of the present health organisations and health planning in Turkey and in foreign countries are searched. After that, how to reach the number of hospital buildings needed and how to estimate the shortage of hospital buildings are aimed. Whether it is necessary to use prefabrication technologies in hospital construction , based on the quantitative data is searched. The problem of planning hospital buildings with prefabrication technologies is searched, the building technologies compatible with hospital planning are examplified and some critics and evaluations are made on these examples. At the end of this research, on the present situation in Turkey, architectural design theory based on prefabrication and the possibilities of planning hospitals with prefabrication technologies are the consequences.
