Mostar’da Vakıf Palace Binası Restorasyon Projesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; Bosna Hersek’te Mostar Kenti’nde bulunan 1894 yapım tarihli, Avusturya-Macaristan dönemi kentin anıtsal yapılarından biri olanVakıf Palace Yapısı incelenmiştir. Bina, 1992-1995 Bosna-Hersek Savaşı sırasında büyük hasar görmüştür ve kullanılamaz haldedir. Bu yapının bugünkü durumunun, yapıdaki hasar ve bozulmaların belgelenmesi, özgün durumuna ait bir proje hazırlanması ve yapının yeniden kullanılır hale getirilmesi tezin amacı olmuştur.The subject matter of this thesis is Vakıf Palace which is constructed in 1894 and which is as an important example of the buildings costructed in Austrian-Hungarian Period in Mostar. It has been seriously damaged in the 1992-1995 war at Bosnia-Hercegovina. Determining and documenting today situation and the original aspects of the building and proposing new function to the building to be reused have been the aims of this thesis.
