Türkiye’de Afet Sonrası Kurulan Geçici Konut Yerleşkelerinin Kronolojik İncelenmesi - İzmit Ve Yalova’da Kurulan Prefabrik Yerleşim Örnekleri Üzerinde Değerlendirme

Abstract

Araştırma kapsamında, afet ve afet yönetiminin tanımı yapılarak geçici konut kavramını oluşturan etmenler ve buna bağlı olarak geçici konutun tasarımını etkileyen yasal düzenlemeler incelenmiştir. Marmara Depremi’nin ardından Yalova ve İzmit’te kurulan geçici konut yerleşimlerinde alan araştırması yapılarak kullanıcı memnuniyeti değerlendirilmiş ve çeşitli saptamalar yapılmıştır. Geçici konutların yapısal özellikleri belirlenerek, kullanımda meydana gelen eksiklikler saptanmıştır. Böylece, bundan sonra yapılacak geçici konut tasarımlarında kullanılmak üzere kullanıcı bilgileri ve konutlarla ilgili çeşitli veriler ortaya konmuştur.

In this study, temporary housing is examined from several points. The meaning of disaster and disaster management is given so that factors that shape the concept of temporary housing are studied and as a result the legal aspects that effects the design are also examined. There is a case study ,in temporary housing settlements in Marmara region which were built after 1999 earthquakes, aims to show user satisfaction degree in housings. The structural peculiarities of temporary housing units are examined so that the deficiencies in using period are shown. The data collected from the study can be benefical in designing the temporary housing units.
