Arz Zincirinde Performans Ölçümü, Tedarik Ve Perakende Fonksiyonlarına Yönelik Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, arz zinciri yönetimi ve performans yönetimi kavramlarının içerik ve süreçlerini anlatmak, daha sonraki aşamada ise bir arz zincirinin performans yönetimi konusunu inceleyip performans göstergeleri ve ölçümlerini tespit ederek tedarikçi ve perakendeci firmalar açısından bir performans değerlendirmesi yapabilmek ve böylelikle firmaların stoklarını, nakit akışlarını, karlılıklarını, siparişlerini, maliyetlerini, verimliliklerini, tedarikçilerini, ürün ve hizmet kalitelerini ve müşterileriyle olan ilişkilerini daha iyi yönetebilmelerini sağlamaktır. Arz zincirinin performans ölçümü için gösterge seçilmesi işleminde, uygulama yapılan işletmedeki yönetici ve tüm çalışanlarla görüşülüp onların bilgi ve tecrübelerinden yararlanılmıştır. Arz zinciri performansının ölçümünde verilerin elde edilmesinde ise hem firmada kullanılan Nebim programındaki stok, satış ve müşteri yönetimi ile ilgili raporlardan yararlanılmış, hem de firmanın ticaret yaptığı firmalarla anket yapılarak konuyla ilgili kişilerle görüşülmüştür. Sonuçları literatürdeki bilgilerle karşılaştırdığımızda, gerek arz zincirinin, gerekse de firmaların performanslarının ölçümünde sezgisel yönetimden bilimsel yönetime geçiş yapıldığı ve bu ölçüm neticesinde yapılacak yorumların ve alınacak kararların bilimsel bir temele dayandırıldığı gözlemlenmiştir.

The aim of this project is, to explain the contents and prosesses of supply chain management and performance management, at the next step, to examine the supply chains performance management subject than establish the performance indicators and measurements and their effects on both supplier companies and retail companies and so, to provide them to manage their inventories, cash flows, profits, orders, costs, productivities, suppliers, product and service quality and the relations with their customers better. At the establishing indicator process for supply chain performance measurement, the managers and all personnels of discussed firm are interviewed and profited by their knowledges and experiences. To get the datas for supply chain performance measurement, both the Nebim programme that used for inventories, sales and customer management in discussed firm is profited and also a questionnaire is made with the firms these have commercial relations with discussed firm. The comparison of the results with the informations given in the literature, a transition is made from intuitive management to scientific management both the performance measurements of supply chains and firms and it is observated that the decisions and comments that would made after the performance measurement are made according to scientific structure.
