Gemi İnşa Sanayiinde Üretim Faktörlerinin Tesbiti Ve Uygulamalı Analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, gemi inşa sanayiinde kullanım alanı olan bir ürünün talebe cevap verememesinden hareketle üretim sistemlerinin çeşitli varyasyonları veya çeşitli senaryolar üreterek en efektif üretim metodunun ortaya çıkarılması amaçlanmıştır. Burada ürünü oluşturan tüm üretim faktörleri bağımsız olarak ele alınmış ve bunların ana ürün üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Burada hedef herhangi bir üretim faktörünün değişiminin yani alternatif üretim yöntemleri veya alternatif malzeme, yapı veya imalat yerine standart ürün kullanımının maliyet ve teslim zamanlarındaki etkileri incelenmiştir. Bunun içinde çeşitli senaryolar üretilip bu faktörlerin güncel verilerle etkileri ve önemleri hesaplanmıştır.

In this study, a product for shipbuilding industry which is not supplied sufficiently against the demand, considered and analysed with the help of production methods. All the production factors that forms the product itself separately examined and analysed their effects on the main product. The target is to determine the alternative production methods, proceses, materials, constructions or machinary as well or standart materials consuming instead of manufacturing due to precise the effects on the cost and delivery schedules. This is achived by using available and current data by creating different kinds of scenarios.
