Gelişmekte Olan Ülkelerde E-ticaret Ve E-lojistik Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, gelişmekte olan ülkelerde e-ticaret ve e-lojistik hakkında bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Ayrıca yapılan anket çalışması ile Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren firmaların e-ticaret ve e-lojistik uygulamaları ve aynı zamanda BİT altyapıları araştırılmıştır. Hazırlanan Web Sitesi’nde anket yayımlanmış ve İnternet ortamında doldurulmuştur. Anket verileri, SPSS 11.0 İstatistik programı yardımıyla frekans ve ortalama analiz yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Tezde birinci bölümde; lojistik tanımı ve tarihsel gelişimi hakkında kısa bilgi verilerek lojistik yönetimiyle ilgili paradigmalar incelenmiştir. BİT’deki gelişmeyle birlikte daha bir önem kazanan Geri Dönüşümlü Lojistik hakkında da ayrıntılı bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde; günümüzde İnternet kullanımının yaygınlaşmasıyla birlikte gelişen e-ticaret ayrıntılı bir şekilde anlatılmıştır. Burada e-ticaretin tanımı, gelişimi, yapısı, çeşitleri, güvenlik, ödeme sistemleri gibi değişik konulara değinilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde; e-Lojistik üzerinde durulmuş ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerde e-lojistik, dördüncü bölümde; E-ticaretin gelişmekte olan ülkelere etkileri, beşinci bölümde; az gelişmiş ülkelerde e-ticaret, altıncı bölümde; ülke bazlı incelemeler, yedinci bölümde; Türkiye’de e-ticaret ve sekizinci bölümde de anket çalışmasında elde edilen sonuçlar ve bunların değerlendirilmesi konuları anlatılmıştır.

In this study, e-Commerce and e-Logistics in Developing Counties had been taken under consideration. In addition to this study, a survey on e-logistics and e-commerce implementation of the companies located in Turkey with their IT background had been completed. A web site had been launched to gather information from the companies, and corresponding survey data had been analyzed by using mean and frequency analysis methods in SPSS11.0. An essay had been added about survey results to thesis. In the first section; brief information about the definition of logistics and historical background of logistics will be given. And paradigms about logistics management will be researched. Finally Feedback Logistics, which has much more importance due to improvement in IT, will be given. Second section, detailed information about e-commerce, highlight topic for common Internet use, will be given. Information about e-commerce will be categorized as follows; definition, life cycle, infrastructure, types of e-commerce, security issues and payment systems. In the Third Section; information about E-Logistics, in the forth section; information about developing countries effects of e-commerce, in the fifth section; e-commerce in the least developed countries, in the sixth section; researchs of base of country, in the seventh section; information about e-commerce in Turkey and in the eighth section; The results of survey and evaluation will be given.
