Beyoğlu-Tarlabaşı Kalyoncu Kulluğu Caddesi ve cadde üzerinde yer alan 97 nolu yapı

Abstract

Bu çalýþmada, Ýstanbul Beyoðlu’ndaki tarihi Tarlabaþý semti, mimarlýk ve kent tarihi açýsýndan irdelenmiþtir. Tarlabaþý’nýn anýtsal yapýlarý tespit edilmiþ, konut örnekleri sýnýflandýrýlmýþtýr. Semtin kuzey-güney yönündeki ana aksýný oluþturan Kalyoncu Kulluðu Caddesi’nin XIX. yüzyýldan günümüze kadar geçirdiði evreler ortaya çýkarýlmýþtýr. Caddenin mevcut durumunu belgelemek üzere çeþitli analizler yapýlmýþ, Kalyoncu Kulluðu Caddesi yapýlarýna yönelik müdahale önerileri oluþturulmuþtur. Geleneksel Tarlabaþý konut mimarisinin tipik bir örneði olarak, bu cadde üzerinde yer alan 97 nolu yapýnýn rölöveleri çýkartýlmýþ, restitüsyon projesi oluþturulmuþ, güncel ihtiyaçlara uygun kullanýmýný saðlamak üzere restorasyon projeleri hazýrlanmýþtýr. Bu çalýþmanýn yýkýmlar ve zaman içinde meydana gelen bozulmalardan etkilenen Tarlabaþý yapýlarýnýn, özgün cephe ve plan kurgularý doðrultusunda yenilenmesi ve yeni iþlevleriyle korunarak, yaþatýlmasý yönündeki faaliyetlere bir basamak oluþturmasý hedeflenmiþtir.

In this study the history of Tarlabaþý district is studied in architectural context. To this aim, several stages of the development of the area and the examples of the monumental and civil architecture are examined. The development of Kalyoncu Kulluðu Street from XIX. century toXX. is summerized. The nature of the urban tissue is revealed through analyses of the actual state and the typological works. The documentation of the building no 97 of Kalyoncu Kulluðu Street, as a typical example of Tarlabaþý house architecture, through measured drawings and photos and the preparation of the restoration project together with the elevation drawings of the buildings situated in the same street and proposals for their reuse constitute the aim of this study. This thesis is a study of analysis and interventional proposals for Beyoðlu-Tarlabaþý, having a scope from the general to the specific (district scale, street scale, building scale).
