Bayan Dış Giyim Üretiminde Ürün Maliyetini Etkileyen Faktörler

Abstract

Bu çalışmada bayan dokuma hazır giyim üretiminde ürün maliyetini etkileyen faktörler incelenmiştir. Bluz, ceket, elbise, etek, pantolon model gruplarıyla ilgili maliyet çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Model yapısı, dikim süreleri, kumaş metrajları, aksesuar çeşitleri, baskı, nakış, yıkama özellikleri gibi faktörler dikkate alınarak, ürün maliyetleri ile aralarındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Aynı modelle ilgili birden fazla faktör değiştirilerek, bunun sonucunda oluşan maliyetteki değişimler gözlenmiştir. Ürün maliyetini en çok etkileyen faktör olan kumaş maliyetinin üzerinde yoğunlaşarak, model özelliklerinin değişimi ve kumaş özelliklerinin farklı kullanılması yoluyla çeşitli veriler elde edilmiştir. Bununla beraber işçilik maliyetindeki değişimler de incelenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilerek sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır.

In this study, the factors that affect the cost of production in the sector of ready women wear were examined. The overall costing studies about the model groups of blouse, jacket, dress, skirt and trousers were carried out. The variables like model structure, sewing duration, fabric use, accessories used, print, embroidery, washing characteristics were all carefully considered in relation with the cost of production. Several of the factors were changed within the same model and the changes of production cost as a consequence of theese modifications were recorded. Mainly intensifying our scope on the fabric cost, the variable that affects the cost of product most, and changing the characteristics of models and fabrics, we reached certain inferences. The changes in the labor cost were taken into account as well. The data acquired were evaluated through statistical calculations and final solutions were recorded.
