Özet
Today, the gradual decrease of resources in the world has made it much more important to determine the cost of large and complex construction projects. The solutions put forward to determine the project costs, separate the problem from the big picture, and bring other problems with it. The cost network model has shown that a solution can be realized by following a holistic view of the cost problem. The cost network model has been created as a solution that includes the existing methods used for calculating construction project costs and is a synthesis of these methods. The cost network model is basically a multidimensional process model, and it has enabled the definition, analysis, and calculation of the relations of costs based on processes to be created on a network. In the cost network model, it has been argued that the world-scale relations ranging from the economic-political level to the sources of production conceptually determine the formation and change of cost, and how this network of relations can be defined, analyzed, and cost calculations are described. The foundations of the conceptual development of the model were established with the philosophical foundations explained in the cost network conceptual model. In the cost network objective model, the basis for the future development of the model is formed by defining world standards as acceptance and requirements in data classification of building information, business and project management, building information modeling, process modeling, and cost calculations. In the objective model of the cost network, the tools and methods that will be created at the conceptual level of the contractor and the project at the construction scale are described. In the Cost network objective model, which consists of a definition, analysis, and computerization phases, the structure is accepted as a product as a whole and the relations of the building components that make up the structure, are considered as a product, are defined with the Design Structure Matrix. By using the Design Structure Matrix methodology, the production and organization relations arising from product relations were defined and analyzed. In determining the production process costs, the production process costs were calculated by using the source cost data in the unit price analysis, which is one of the cost estimation methods, together with the process modeling methodology, and the cost of the project consisting of the process costs in the whole project was calculated. The transformation of the objective model of the cost network into software in the computerization phase is described with the CONEMO software, and the software structure and operation are explained. In the example of testing the objective model of the cost network, it was tried to describe the structure of the cost network model and the software described with it. The results of the example of testing the objective model of the cost network; It has concretely demonstrated the importance of the method based on the holistic and cost relations proposed by the Cost Network Model, as well as helping to reveal the sources of the problems of cost analysis and calculation results, which are based on existing cost methods. A different paradigm was created for the determination of project costs, together with the suggestions for the future development of the Cost Network Model.
