Özet
Bu çalışmada, Çayırbaşı-Baltalimanı arasında açılması planlanan, 2000mm çapında ve toplam 8369m. uzunluğundaki Tarabya Atıksu Tüneli’nde kullanılan, tünel açma makinesi incelenmiş ve performans etüdü yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma kapsamında, tünel açma faaliyetinde kullanılan Herrenknecht marka T.B.M.’ in kazı performansı hakkında bilgi sahibi olabilmek için, jeolojik şartların, T.B.M. ilerleme hızının, meydana gelen arızaların, tahkimatta kullanılan segment sisteminin, T.B.M. çalışma presibinin incelenmesi işleri yapılmıştır. T.B.M.’ in geçtiği formasyonlar incelenmiş, 5 aylık süre zarfında, yani makinenin çalışmaya başladığı Temmuz ayından, Kasım ayı sonuna kadarki günlük işler takip edilmiş; ilerleme hızına, segment montajına, bakıma, arıza ve tamiratlara ayrılan süreler irdelenmiş ve duraklamaların sebebi araştırılmıştır.
In this study, performance of the tunneling machine which is being used in Tarabya Wastewater Tunnel Construction, was investigated and analyzed. The tunnel length is 8369 m. and its diameter is 2000mm. In this concept, geological conditions, proceeding, breakdowns, segment system which has been used for supporting and T.B.M. working principles were investigated, for determining the excavation performance of the Herrenknecht T.B.M. which is being used for opening the tunnel. The formations through which T.B.M. has been passed were investigated for 5 months. Proceeding ratio, segment adjusting, maintenance, breakdown and repairing times were investigated and the causes of delaying was determined.
