Cephe kaplama sistemi için bir teknik şartname format önerisi

Abstract

Tez çalışması kapsamında ele alınan kaplamalı cephe sistemlerinde, kaplama malzemesi için seramik karo ve porselen karo, tespit sistemi için mekanik tespit sistemi seçilmiştir. Çalışma dört aşama takip edilerek geliştirilmiştir. İlk aşamada cephe sisteminin tanımı, tarihçesi ve sınıflandırılması üzerinde durulmuştur. Cephe sistemlerinden kaplamalı cephe sistemlerinin katmanlaşma modeli ve sistem performansları açıklanmış, ardından cephe kaplamaları malzemelerine ve tespit sistemlerine göre sınıflandırılmıştır. Kaplama malzemelerinden seramik karo ve porselen karo, tespit sistemlerinden ise mekanik tespit sistemi detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Sonraki aşamada teknik şartnamelerin nasıl tanımlandığı ve sınıflandırıldığı üzerinde durulmuştur. Ardından teknik şartname hazırlama esaslarının ulusal ve uluslararası kurumlarda ele alınış yöntemleri incelenmiş ve bu alanda faaliyet gösteren uluslararası kurumlardan olan Yapım Şartnameleri Enstitüsü (CSI - Construction Specifications Institute) tarafından yayınlanan, teknik şartname yazımına ve standartlaşmasına ilişkin örnek bir format sunan SectionFormat incelenmiştir.

Within this thesis study, a technical specification format has been proposed for companies producing facade cladding materials and fastening systems, by scanning the studies and published sources by international institutions and revealing the current situation in national and international companies. The proposal format is aimed to minimize the risks of defects arising from the lack of technical specifications of the manufacturers as well as the risks of damage caused by these defects. Ceramic and porcelain tiles were chosen for the coating material and a mechanical fastening system was chosen for the fastening system in the coated facade systems discussed within the scope of the thesis. In the first stage of the study, the definition, history, and classification of the facade systems are emphasized. The clad facades were chosen among the facade systems, then the layering model as well as system performances of the clad facade systems are explained. Thereafter, facade coatings are classified according to their materials and fastening systems. Ceramic and porcelain tiles from the coating materials and the mechanical fastening system from the fixing systems are discussed in very detail. The next step is focused on the methods of how technical specifications are defined and classified. Then, the process of handling the principles of technical specification preparation in national and international institutions and SectionFormat, which was published by the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), and is one of the international institutions operating in this field that offers an example format for technical specification writing and standardization as well, were examined. SectionFormat offers a comprehensive layout for the specifications prepared for contractor companies, and also, its relevant sections, sub-items, and titles can be re-arranged depending on the scope of the specifications.
