İstanbul İlindeki Beş Yıldızlı Zincir Otellerinin Aydınlatma Tasarım Standartları Üzerine Bir Araştırma

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, beş yıldızlı otel binalarındaki aydınlatma tasarım ilkeleri ele alınarak, aydınlatma sistemindeki yenilikler ve tasarım konseptindeki değişimlerin bu ilkelere etkisi incelenmiştir. Günümüzde her sektör için, diğerlerinden ayırt edilebilme endişesi ile ortaya çıkan standartlaşma kavramının, beş yıldızlı zincir otellerin tasarım kararlarına ve buna bağlı olarak da aydınlatma tasarımına olan etkisi araştırılmıştır. Çalışmayı destekleyecek nitelikte İstanbul ilindeki bazı beş yıldızlı zincir otel örneklerinin yerinde incelenmesi sonucunda bu araştırmalar, hem mevcut standartların, hem de aydınlatma sistemindeki teknolojik gelişmelerin uygulanma oranının karşılaştırılmasını sağlamıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda, beş yıldızlı zincir otellerdeki aydınlatma standartları kavramının, ülkemizde resmi kurumlarca belirli kurallar bütünü sağlayarak, ulusal düzeyde yaygınlaştırılması, diğer turizm yapıları için de bu standartların, ülke turizm geliri açısından oldukça önemli bir yer tutan bu yapılarda, psikolojik ve fizyolojik görsel konfor koşullarını üst düzeyde sağlayabilmesi önerilmektedir.

In this study, the effects of the developments in design concepts and lighting system on the design principles of five star hotels are studied. The concept of ‘standard’ has come into agenda recently as a result of need for identity and brands. The notion of standards has an inevitable reflection on the decoration and interior design and of course the lighting design as an important part of the design process. the informations about the present standards, and their practising proportions were stated according to the research on Istanbul’s five star hotels and dialogs with the authorised persons. In the finalisation a comparison and a results had been researched about the ratio of applications due to the developments in lighting system and standarts of current samples. Finally it is suggested that, the concept of standardisation has to become widespread in the national arena by the regulations prepared by the legal establisments and foundations and by the construction of a related control mechanism for providing sufficent visiual comfort conditions.
