In this study, It is targetted to develop disposable, hydrophilic and antibacterial sheet to use especially in hospitals. For that purpose, The product is designed as 100% polypropylene spun bonded nonwoven. Three different weight of fabric is utilized in the study. Hydrophility is obtained by carrying out of atmospheric O2 plasma modification. And then two different (silver based and antibiotic based) antibacterial agent is applicated to substrates to have antibacterial effect. In the experimental section, tear and tensile strength, elongation, thickness, weight, rewet, breathability, rigidity and antibacterial effect of products is tested , the results are compared and commented. In the conclusions, costs and features of products is compared with conventioanal sheets. Finally, other usege areas of the product is discussed.
