İnşaat all risk sigortalarında risk değerlendirmesi ve uygun fiyatlandırma için öneriler

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, inşaat ve sigortacılık sektörleri hakkında bilgiler verilmiş, gerekli tanımlamalar yapılmış, sigortacılığın ve inşaat all risk sigortalarının gelişimi ve mevcut konumu hakkında bilgiler verilmiş, inşaat all risk sigortaları teklifi alırken yüklenicilerin dikkat etmesi gereken noktalar üzerinde durulmuş, sigortacıların hangi hususlarda riskin fiyatını artırdığı bilgileri verilmiştir. İnşaat all risk sigortaları teklifi alırken sunulan ek teminatların yani Munich RE klozlarının kapsamları detaylı bir biçimde anlatılmıştır. Örnek olaylar verilerek şantiye sahasında yaşanan hasarların sigortacılık süreci ile ilgili hasar analizleri yapılmış, sigortacıların teklif çalışmaları etraflıca incelenmiş ve istatistiki veriler eşliğinde yorumlar yapılmıştır. Bütün bölümlerin ışığında yüklenicilerin en geniş teminatları en uygun fiyata alabilmesi hedef alınarak önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

This study provides information on the construction and insurance sectors, gives the relevant definitions, enlarges upon the development and current status of the insurance sector and contractor’s all risk insurances, highlights the key points to be considered by the contractors when getting quotes for contractor’s all risk insurances, and discusses when insurance providers set higher rates for risks. Supplementary coverages offered with contractors all risk insurance quotes, in other words Munich RE clauses, and their extents have also been explained in detail. Damage analyses of the insurance process in case of damages in construction sites have been elaborated through case studies, quotes by the insurance providers have been examined in depth, and comments and interpretations have been provided along with statistical data. In the light of all these sections, suggestions are provided in aim of achieving the most extensive coverages with the lowest rate possible for the contractors.
