Kültürel Mirasımız Olan Yerebatan Sarnıcının Akustik Sorunlarının İncelenmesi

Abstract

Hacimleri akustik yönden değerlendirmenin yeterliliği, parametrelerin doğru saptanması ve irdelenmesinin yanı sıra düzgünlüklerinin de ortaya konulmasına bağlıdır. Tez çalışmasının amacı, 1500 yıllık tarihi bir mekanda yapılan etkinliklerde akustik kalitenin yeterliliği konusunu araştırmaktır. Tezde öncelikle Yerebatan Sarnıcının tarihçesi, ne amaçla yapıldığı, geçirdiği restorasyonlar ve şimdiki durumu açıklanmıştır. Kapalı mekanlarda yer alan müzik ve konuşma eylemleri, önemli hacim akustiği parametreleri ve hacimleri akustik açıdan değerlendirmeye yönelik yöntemler ele alınmıştır. Yerebatan Sarnıcının akustik performansı simülasyon programı ve yerinde ölçüm yapılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlarda Sarnıcın konuşma ve müzik eylemi açısından uygun olmadığı görülmüştür. Çözüme yönelik bir öneri geliştirilmiş ve analizler tekrar yapılarak mevcut durum ve standartlarla karşılaştırılmıştır. Önerilen çözümün Yerebatan Sarnıcında akustik kaliteyi sağladığı gözlenmiştir.

Acoustical evaluation of rooms and the determination and questioning of acoustical parameters depends on the distribution of these parameter in a closed space. The purpose of thesis is to investigate the sufficiency of the acoustical quality in a historical space which is 1500 years old. Firstly, the history of Cistern Basilica, the aim of the construction of the basilica, restorations which is made for years and present condition is explained in thesis. Music and speech activities and their conditions, the information about important room acoustic parameters and methods which are evaluating the rooms according to acoustical criterias are defined in a closed space. Simulation software and evaluating with acoustical measurement which are used to evaluate the acoustical quality of Cistern Basilica, are explained. The evaluation of results is made about the studies, it is seen that the Cistern Basilica is not appropriate for speech and music facilities. , it is investigated that, what suggestions are recommended for the acoustical sufficiency and quality in Cistern Basilica and a suggestion for improving an acoustic quality. All analyses are repeated and results are corresponded to present conditions and standards. It is seen that, the suggestion improves an acoustic quality in Cistern Basilica.
