İnsan Yapımı Çevrenin Oluşumunda Ve Dönüşümünde “yer Duygusu” Etkeni

Abstract

Bu tez çalışması, insanın doğal bir takım ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda yaptığı eylemleri, doğal olarak sahip olduğu nitelikler ve beceriler sayesinde edindiği ayrıcalıklı durumu ve bu durum sayesinde yaptığı keşifler ve geliştirdiği teknolojiler sonucunda ortaya çıkarttığı insan yapımı çevrede “yer duygusu”nun etkinliğini ele almaktadır. İnsan yapımı çevre kavramına yapılan vurgu, doğal olandan ayrılmış ve hatta doğal olanın karşısında olma durumundan ileri gelir. Evren ölçeğinden, sahip olduğumuz bedenin en ufak parçasına kadar, çok geniş bir kapsama sahip olan “yer duygusu”nun bu karşıtlık ilişkisinde hem ayrıştırıcı hem de birleştirici etkisi vardır. Bu yüzden “yer duygusu”, mimarlık teorisi ve pratiğinde, disiplinler arası ortaklıkları zorunlu kılan temel kavramlarından biridir.

Scope of this thesis work is the efficiency of the sense of place in the man-made environment which is becoming of the humans acts due to the natural necessities, and the privileged status by the naturally owned qualities and skills and the discoveries made and technologies developed by this status. The underlined point in the man-made environment concept, arises from the separation from the nature and moreover opposition to the nature. Sense of place which has a very large scope from the universal scale to the very little parts of the human body we have, has both separating and connective effect in this opposition relation. Therefore, sense of place is an underlying notion which requires interdisciplinary collobration in the architectural theory and practice.
