Deniz Taşımacılığında Yük Sevkıyatı (freight Forwarderlik) İşlemleri

Abstract

İthalat ve ihracatın en önemli unsuru, malların satıcıdan alıcıya iletilmesi yani taşınmasıdır. İthalat ve ihracatçılar bu noktada, taşımacılık işlerini düzenleyip, organize ederek, malların taşınmasını sağlayacak profesyonel şirketlere ihtiyaç duymaktadırlar. Bu firmalar ise karşımıza Yük Sevkiyatçısı (Freight Forwarder) firmalar olarak çıkmaktadırlar. Bu çalışmada öncelikle, yük sevkiyatçılığı sektörünün oluşma sebepleri üzerinde durulmuş, yük sevkiyatçısının, müşterilerine verdiği hizmetler anlatılmıştır. Taşıma türleri karşılaştırılarak, taşıma türünün hangi kriterlere göre seçildiği açıklandıktan sonra, yük sevkiyatçısının, denizyolu eşya taşıma süreçlerindeki rolü belirtilerek, ihracat ve ithalat faaliyetlerinin gerçekleşme süreçleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Sonraki bölümlerde ise denizyolu eşya taşımacılığındaki, ithalat ve ihracat süreçlerinin daha iyi anlaşılabilmesi için ithalat ve ihracat uygulamaları gerekli, belge ve yazışma örnekleri ile anlatılmıştır

The most important factor of exportation and importation is sending the goods from the exporter to the importer, that is to say, it is transportation. At this point the exporters and importers need professional companies which will arrange and organize the transportation of goods. Such companies are called Freight Forwarders. In this study, firstly the reasons for formation of Freight Forwarders are mentioned and the services that Freight Forwarder give the clients, is told. After explaining according to which criterion the transportation type is chosen by comparing the types of transportation, roles of Freight Forwarder in the process of goods transportation through sea-way is indicated and the realization processes of exportation and importation is mentioned. However, in the following sections, in order to being comprehended, the process in exporting and importing better, implementation of exporting and importing is explained with necessary documents and examples of correspondence.
