Bir Örme Konfeksiyon İşletmesinde Oluşan Fire Ve Fire Maliyetinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Örme konfeksiyon işletmelerinde oluşan fireler ve maliyetlerinin incelendiği bu çalışmada , firelerin oluşum yerleri, nasıl azaltılabileceği , değerlendirilip değerlendirilemeyeceği üzerinde durulmuş ve maliyetleri hesaplanmıştır. Değişik iplik tiplerine göre oluşan fireler ve örülen kumaşın kalite kontrol sonuçlarıyla başlayan çalışmayı boyahanede oluşan fireler , sebepleri ve tamir maliyetleri izler. Daha sonra kesimde ,tasnifte ve paketleme esnasında oluşan fireler ve maliyetleri incelenmiştir. Üretim esnasında pek göze batmayan ancak iyi bir kalite kontrol mekanizmasıyla azaltılabilecek firelerin ekonomi açısından önemli bir yeri olduğu kaçınılmazdır.Not only the loss and ıts cost occurs in the ready-wear companies during the steps of manufacturing are examined briefly in this study , but also its place of occurance ,the possible ways of decreasing and reusing it has taken into account. After the effects of different types of yarn in knitting and quality control of raw fabrics,the loss in dying depatment and its reasons and repairing costs are are examined.Then the loss occurs in cutting , labelling and packaging departments . It is obvious that the total loss occurs during production is not negligible as its cost reaches tremendous values.
