In todays world, through improving technology and production techniques, marine platforms and manufacturing structures, compared with the performance criteria largely has actually changed previous platforms. As a result of this major change, because of concerning getting a better share of maritime market, manufacturers focused their attentions to the high-quality, reliable, organizational ship building processes. In the military and civilian shipbuilding activities, the most critical issues are test and acceptance activities in this great commercial competition. On nowadays, Republic of Turkey Ministry of National Defense and the Defense Industry Undersecretariat supporting Turkish Defense Industry s for continued work and localising, thesis aims to be a the source work for navy ship manufacturers in global competition. In this thesis the second phase of military and civilian shipbuilding projects is the production phase and in manufacturing phase factory acceptance testing, harbour acceptance testing, sea acceptance testing are being detailed with comparing eachothers. The problems that may arise during the test and experience are examined and optimization suggestions are presented. Finally, the military and civilian shipbuilding projects delivery processes were analyzed.
