Yapı Elemanları Ölçeğinde Yapım Tekniklerinin Tespiti, Analizi Ve Sınıflandırılması

Abstract

Türkiye’de inşaat sektöründe kullanılan mevcut yapım sistemleri İstanbul örneği üzerinden sistematik bir şekilde ele alınarak incelenmiştir. Teoride bulunan ve uzman görüşler tarafından üretilen birçok yapım sistemi ile, gerçek durumda, sektörde uygulan yapım sistemlerinin karşılaştırılarak değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır.Yapımda kullanılan teknikleri ve bunların malzeme, araç ve işgücü özelliklerini saptamaya yönelik olan çalışmada kullanılan başlıca yöntem; yerinde gözlem yöntemidir. İncelen uygulamalar yapılan şantiye gezileri sonucunda yerinde gözlenerek analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışmanın sonuçları; İstanbul’da uygulanan yapım teknikleri, kullanılan sistemin işin tamamlanma sürecine ve kalitesine etkileri hakkında belirli ölçülerde bilgi sahibi olunmasını sağlamıştır. Gözlenen uygulamalardan yola çıkarak ülkemizde inşaat sektöründe en çok kullanılan sistemlerin tespitinin yapılıp, sistemlerin daha da geliştirilmesine olanak sağlamaktadır.

In this study, the present construction techniques of the building sector in Turkey were searched systematically through the İstanbul region. Construction techniques that are formed by experts in theory were compared with construction techniques used in the construction sites.Observation on site was used as the main method in the research that is directed to finding out the techniques, materials, tools and workmanship used in the costruction.As a result of this study, the knowledge was provided about the construction techniques used in İstanbul and the effects of chosen technique to the quality and prosess of the work.The construction techniques used in sector were put forward with a realistic way different from the theory by the observations.
