Türkiye tafting halı pazar araştırması

Abstract

Tekstil yer döşemelerinin önemli bir alt sektörü olan tafting halıların yurdumuzda üretilmeye başlanması 1980'li yıllara rastlamaktadır. Bütün dünyada her geçen gün artan bir talep ile karşılaşan bu sektör Türkiye'de daha yeni yeni tanınmaya başlamıştır. 1993'lerin başından günümüze kadar %75'lere varan bir üretim artışı sergileyen bu sektör, yatırımcılarımızın da sektöre gereken ilgiyi göstermesiyle günümüzde tekstil yer döşemelerinin yaklaşık 1/5'ini teşkil etmektedir. Sektörün derin bir mazisinin olmaması, konu ile ilgili kaynak eksikliğini de beraberinde getirmektedir Yukarıda anlatılanlar çerçevesinde sektörün pazar durumu hakkında ilk defe yapılan bu çalışma, tekstil sektöründe faaliyet gösteren kişilere ışık tutmak, yol göstermek, sektörün şu anki durumunu ortaya koymak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Bu tez, iki aşamada ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın ilk aşaması tafting halı üretim teknolojisi ve özelliklerini içerirken, ikinci aşaması olan projelendirme safhasında sektörün yapısı ve pazarın özellikleri ilgili bilgiler sunulmaktadır. Çalışmanın projelendirme aşamasında, sektörde üretici olarak faaliyet gösteren ahi firma ile sektörün satış fonksiyonlarını yerine getiren ithalatçılar, toptancılar ve makina mümessilleri ile yapılan karşılıklı görüşmelere yer verilmiştir. Çalışma içerisinde Türkiye tufting hah kapasitesi, mevcut makina parkı ve teknik özellikleri ile, demografik bir bazda çıkartılmıştır. Ayrıca 1993-1998 yıllan arasındaki ithalat ve ihracat istatistikleri incelenerek yurtiçi tüketimi hakkında bilgiler verilmiştir. Bu çalışma çerçevesinde ayrıca Türkiye'de en çok satılan yerli üretim tufting hah ile ithal edilen tufting hah tiplerinin karakteristikleri de belirlenerek çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir. Türkiye tufting halı tüketimine etki eden faktörler araştırılarak, lokomatif sektörün inşaat sektörü olduğu saptanmış ve bu konu ile ilgili inşa edilmiş yapı tipleri araştırması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Son olarak bütün bu sunulan bilgiler ışığında elde edilen veriler sonuçlar ve öneriler kısmında değerlendirilmiştir.

The production of tufting carpets, which is a sub-branch of textile floor-coverings, in our country dates back in 80s. This branch, which receives an increasing demand everyday throughout the world, has begun to be recognised very presently in Turkey. Showing an increase in the production up to %75s from the early days of 1993 till now, this sector covers around 1/5 of the total textile floor-coverings. The branch's short history causes a lack of sources related with the subject. This research, done for the first time about the market situation with all these given above, is prepared to inform possible investors as well as academics. The thesis is composed of two parts. The first part contains information about tufting carpet production technology and properties whereas in the second part, which is the project itself, information about the structure of the sector and details of the market are presented. For the second part of the work, meetings were held with six producer companies, importers, wholesalers and machinery representatives who provide the sales functions, so that, tufting carpet capacity of Turkey, current machinery lay-out and its technological properties could be demograpbicaly shown. In addition to these, statistics concerning imports and exports between 1993-1998 were examined and information as to the consumption in Turkey is given. Within the framework of the research, the charecteristics of the best selling domestic tufting carpet in Turkey, and imported tufting carpet types were determined and added as well. The factors affecting tufting carpet consumption in Turkey was studied; the main driver of the sector is found to be the construction sector and a statistical research about the building types constructed concerning the subject was also done. Finally, the data collected in the light of all information given was evaluated in the conclusions and comments sections.
