Yapı Elemanlarında İç Mekan Kaplamaları Özelinde Bileşen Karşılaştırma Ve Seçim Sistemi Önerisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada mimaride ürün seçim sorunu çözmeye yardımcı olabilecek bir yöntem geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Yöntem yardımıyla ortaya konan sistemin bilgisayar destekli bir modele dönüştürülerek somutlaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu yöntem iç mekan kaplamaları özelinde hazırlanmış, bileşenlerin karşılaştırma ve seçimine yardımcı olmayı hedeflemiştir. Öncelikle performans değerlendirme yöntemleri irdelenerek ürün – kriter bağıntıları kurulmaya çalışılmış daha sonra kriterler değerleri birbiriyle mukayese edilebilir ortak bir ölçeğe çevrilerek ve önemlilik dereceleri hesaba katılarak ürünün toplam performansının bulunması hedeflenmiştir. Bu doğrultuda bir sistem oluşturulmuştur. Sistemin veri alanları ve işleyişi anlatıldıktan sonra örnekler verilerek konunun anlaşılması ve uygulamasının görülmesi sağlanmıştır. Verilen örnek üçüncü, dördüncü ve beşinci bölümdeki bilgilerden yararlanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Geliştirilen bilgisayar programı yardımıyla sistem nesnel boyuta taşınmış ve uygulaması denenmiştir. Örnekler verilirken bilgisayar programının kullanımı anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma önerilen sistemin faydalarının ve kabullerinin anlatılmasıyla ve ileriki çalışmalarda yapılması gerekenlerin önerilmesiyle son bulmaktadır.

In this study, it is attempted to develop a system which could resolve the selection problem of components. This method, which has been concocted particularly for inner dwelling coverings, aims at helping to choose these components. Firstly, the product-criterion connections were made by examining the performance assessment methods and then, it was aimed to find total performance of the product by converting the criteria values into a common comparative scale and by considering the significance degrees of the criteria. In this manner, a system was developed. After the domains and operation of the system was explained, some examples were given to make the method clear and make the implementation to be seen. The given example is prepared by benefiting from the information in the 3rd, 4th and 5th sections. The system is explained and the implementation of it was experimented with the help of the computer program developed for this purpose. The execution of the computer program was aimed to be explained with sample cases. The study is concluded with the description of benefits and advantages of the offered system together with the assumptions and proposals for future work.
