Mimari Proje Üretim Süreci Belge Ve İçerik Yönetiminde Enformasyon Teknolojileri Kullanımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada tarafsız bir şekilde enformasyon teknolojilerinin özellikleri farklı açılardan incelenmiş, mimari bürolar için gerekli olan ve katkı sağlayan teknoloji ürünleri tanıtılmış, enformasyon akışının özellikleri belirlenmiş, belge ve içerik yönetiminde enformasyon teknolojilerinin yeri ve enformasyon teknolojilerinden beklentilerin ortaya konulması yönünde bir alan araştırması ile de desteklenmiştir. Sonuçları literatürdeki çalışmalarla karşılaştırdığımızda mimari proje üreten bürolarda enformasyon teknolojileri kullanımının en önemli amaçlarından birinin proje üretim aşamalarında var olan işlemlerin, belge ve içerik yönetimini hızlandıran ve kolaylaştıran enformasyon teknolojileri ile verimliliğinin arttırılmasıdır.In This Study, characteristics of information technologies are inspected from different perspectives, technology products which are neccessary and contributive for architecture firms are introduced, characteristics of information flow are stated, and these are supported by a field study approaching to define the significance of information technologies for document and content management and the prospects from information technologies. The comparison of the results with the examples given in the literature exposed that one of the major goals of using information technologies in architecture firms is to improve the efficiency by accelerating and simplifying the document and content management of the project delivery process.
