##### Özet

Çalışmadaki amaç en uygun yazılım seçilerek bunun modifiye edilmesi yolu ile B.B.B.F.A. sistemini esas alan metraj ve maliyet bilgilerinin elde edilmesi ve bu maliyet bilgilerinin güncel bilgiler olmasının sağlanmasıdır. Bu amaca ulaşabilmek için temelde çözülmesi gereken iki problem belirlenmiştir. Bunlar: 1. B.B.B.F.A. sistemi esas alınarak bir mimari projeye ait metraj ve maliyet bilgilerinin bilgisayarda elde edilmesi 2. Bilgisayarla bina maliyeti elde edilirken bu sistemdeki imalat birim fiyatlarının, ülkemizdeki yüksek enflasyon sebebi ile çok kısa sürede zaman aşımına uğramasından dolayı bu fiyatların güncelleştirilmesinin sağlanmasıdır. Belirlenen amaca ulaşılması ve bu amaç doğrultusunda tanımlanan problemlerin çözülebilmesi için ilk adım olarak kullanım amacına göre 94 yazılım incelenmiş ve bunlar arasından Architrion II mimari CAD yazılımı tercih edilmiştir. İkinci adımda modifiye edilecek Architrion II (MOD-ARCHI II) için gerekli sistem ve yazılımlar anlatılmıştır. Burada Architrion II ' ye ait Archidesing ve Archilist modülleri daha detaylı bir şekilde incelenmiş ve bu incelemelerin sonucunda MOD-ARCHI II' nin geliştirilmesi gerekliliği ortaya konmuştur. Architrion II yazılımı ile sadece çizim ve metraj bilgilerine ulaşılabileceğinden dolayı bu verileri kullanarak maliyet elde edilmesini sağlayacak bir yazılıma ihtiyaç duyulmuştur. Bu yazılım Microsoft Excel, olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda MOD-ARCHI II' de çizim ve metraj bilgilerinin Architrion II' den elde edileceği belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca bu metraj bilgileri, birim fiyatların güncelleştirilmesi ihtiyacı varsa Medi yazılımına, yoksa Microsoft Excel yazılımına aktarılarak bina keşfi yapılabilecektir. Bu aşamada cevaplanması gereken problem, ülkemizdeki yüksek enflasyon sebebi ile kısa sürede birim fiyatların değişmesinden dolayı bu fiyatların güncelleştirilmesi gerekliliğidir. Bu sorun ise Medi yazılım ile entegrasyon sağlanarak çözülmüştür. Üçüncü adımda MOD-ARCHI II' nin nasıl geliştirildiği, yapısı tüm. detayları ile açıklanmış ve kullanılabilirliğinin ispatlanması amacı ile bir mimari projeye ait 12 imalatın metraj ve maliyet bilgisine ulaşılmıştır

While calculation cost according to the Unit price Analysis of Mimistry of Public Works (U. P. A.M. P. W. ), even today, quantity information of the mani fee tures are gained by conventional methods anb equipments. However when these calculations are made by computers, datas are identified once, and are used many times. Also the connections between these datas are determined in a short time. Calculations according to the data changes are made without any mistake, and quickly. As a result of these all datas and calculations can be converted to the written documents as understandabele reports. All these facilities show the necessity of gaining quantity and cost informations from the computer that is only used for drawing project in our country. To make this thought real, a software which keeps the drawing, quantitiy and cost informations tahat take U. P. A.M. P. W. as a base is needed. However the softwares used in our country are not suitable for the U. P. A.M. P. W. system type, since they have foreign origin. Because of this even these softwares have so many facilities, they can not be used in calculation of construction cost in our country. In this case we have two fundamental problems ; l.The problem of the project by taking U. P. A.M. P. W. as a base. 2. Because of the high inflation in our country, unit prices of this system go into loss in a short time. Second problem is the necessity of adapting current values of manufactures while calculation cost by computer. As a result of these determinations, the aim can be identified as gaining quantitiy and cost informations that take U. P. A.M. P. W. as a base by the way of choosing the right software and the modification of these ?software. And these informations have to be current informations. To reach the aim that's determined here, in the first step a series of studies are made two choose the suitable software which is going to be modified. In these studies, 94 softwares are studied according to the usage aim. As a result of these studies, 7 differnt types of models that take place in the structure of these softwares are identified. Softwares are classified as the way the models whit different usages come to gether. As a result of these classifications 4 different types of software groups are gained these identified as: XIV 1. GROUP: The softwares to draw the project. 2. GROUP: The softwares that help the gain drawing and quantity informations. 3. GROUP: The softwares that help the gain drawing, quantity, cost informations. 4. GROUP: The softwares that make cost calculations possible. In all these, groups classified here, Architrion II, Architectural CAD software which take place in the second group is prefered. The reason of these preference is that it's a system that imply 2D drawing, 3D modeling, rendering and automatic quantity take of models and is widely used in our country. In the second step, the systems and softwares that are necessary for the MOD-ARCHI II (modified Architrion II) identified as the name of the study are determined. In the MOD-ARCHI II, U. P. A.M. P. W. system is accepted as the code system. The cod system which is going to be taken as a base while forming the data bases neccessary to make MOD- ARCHI II functional and the measurement rules of manifectures are studied. At the end of these study, it' s determined that to reach the quantity and cost informations of manifectures by computer, pase numbers of one and quantity. Information of this number must be gained automatically. In the following step, the sof twareswhich are going to be used in MOD-ARCHI II are explanied including Architrion II. Later each software is studied. To determine the parts of Architrion II that are going to be used in MOD-ARCHI II, general form of the software and the basic informations about this form are identified in this studies. As a result of these identifications, it' s decided to use Archidesign modules that help to make 3D design and Archilist modules that help to get quantity takeoff s in MOD-ARCHI II. Trough this decision, the basic form of the Arhidesign module is explanied in detail. This tool is named as a block in Archidesign, and this smallest unite in 3D model is identified is mentioned while explaning this form. And also, the work unite in Archidesign is explanied since it's very important in modeling. Later, the Archilist module is explained. Here the general form of Archilist and the input - output releation in Archilist is explained. The analyses types that can be maded this model are determined and each one is studied giving examples. These studies show the neccessary of improving MOD-ARCHI II Only drawing and quantity informations can be reached by Architrion II software. Because of this reason software that helps to calculate costs by using datas is needed. This software is determined as Microsoft Excel and its XV general form and its usage in MOD-ARCHI II is defined. As a result in MOD-ARCHI II, without any other softwares, constructions cost will be calculated by using Architrion II and Microsoft Excel. The only problem is the necessary of adapting current values since the unit prices change in a short time because of high inflation in our country. This problem is solved by the Medi that is formed by taking U. P. A.M. P. W. system as a base and is improved to adapted the current values to unit prices. Through this decision the general form of Medi software is explained. As a result in MOD-ARCHI II, drawing and quantity informations are gained by Architrion II. If current values era needed, total constructions cost informations will be reached by transfering of quantitiy informations to Medi software; or the informations will be transfer to Microsoft Excel. After all these determinations in the third step comparasive explanations about the way MOD-ARCHI II improved and its form is made. While improving MOD-ARCHI II, some acceptance are made. The aim in these acceptance is to determined the usage limits of MOD-ARCHI II, and to maximize its advantages. These limits are also very important as to form the base of wall study. These are ; 1. All manufacturings that can be measured form projects documentation and detailed projects must be in limits of MOD-ARCHI II., Manufacturing groups that exist out of intend must not be analyzed during the modificaton of Architrion II architectural CAD software. 2. There is no necessity of project documentation and detailed projects to be loaded in the computer. If these studies in a way, are drawn on paper before, MOD-ARCHI II can be used. So in these way quantity and cost informations of an architectural projects that is complated without using computer can be gained in the limits determined in the first article. 3. The resulting informations gained from the improving MOD-ARCHI II can be used on Medi software. 4. u. P. A.M. P. w. measurement rules must be taken as a base. Basic steps in forming MOD-ARCHI II are determined by taking these limits and acceptances as a base. These determination will be helpful in systematic and productive study as well as it has a great importance in following each step. Later the basic steps informing MOD-ARCHI II is explained in a compherensive way. Here, first of all the basic form of MOD-ARCHI II. is defined. This form is grouped in three subjects. These are : XVI 1. Modeling of each manufacturing in the defined form of design in Archidesign circumstance. 2.. Analysing of each manufacture that is modeled in Archidesign curcimstance, in the form of analysis defined in Archilist curcimstance before. 3. Getting the calculations defined before for each manufacture in the quantity list of Archilist and transfering them to the reconnoitering list. After these definitions, input-output relation in MOD-ARCHI II is established in MOD-ARCHI II, modeling of manufacture in Archidesign is defined as an input and reconnoitering list as an output. Total cost of every manufacture is calculed by multiplying the unit price column in the reconnoitering list by quantity column. And sum these cost total calculations cost can be calculated. And also the pose numbers quantity columns in these list can be transfered to the Medi software directly. This way gives total opportunity to reach the cost information. After this determination, the data bases necessary for the working of the system is defined and they are groupt in three subjects. These are: l.Data Group: To get the quantitiy informations of each manufacture in order to the U. P. A.M. P. W. measuring rules, the modeling rules in the 3D design circumstances must be defined. 2. Data Group: To get the quantity informations of modeled manufactures in order to U. P. A.M. P. W. measuring rules, the things to do in the quantity takeoff circumstance must be defined. 3. Data Group: After getting quantities for every manifacture the calculations that are going to be made in the general quantity list must be defined. While forming the first data base, relation between the 3D modeling module and quantity takeoff module of Architrion II is studied. The effect of modeling type in 3D design circumstance to the quantity information gained by quantirty take of module is determined. And the modeling type for each manifacture is explained. While forming second data base, whole capasity of quantity takeoff module of Architrion II (Archilist is studied). The suitable command or commads to use while getting quantity takeoff of each manifacture are defined. While forming the 3D data base, the calculations that have to be done in the quantity list gained by quantity takeoff module for each manifacture are defined. And calculations are formulated. XVI i These 3D data bases are formed as a part of reconnoitering list. In the project study term these data bases are defined in as scaetch quality for all manif actures. But because of time inadequacy only 12 first data base informations of 798 manif actures, and 329 manifacture ' s second and thirt data base informations can be transferred to the computer. After transfering all of these datas, the system will be usefull for 798 manif actures. These data bases that will take place in the computer are defined in the specifically formed recnnoitering lists. And also this is the list that all quantity informations gained from Archilist is transfered to, and that to total construction cost is get by doing some calculations. In the follwing step reconnoitering list is explained. The reconnoitering list, will that place at the bottom of the screen as a guide that, shows the steps in every part while using MOD-ARCHI ii. In the reconnoitering list pose mumber of the manifacture analysis defination, measuring unit information to define the design form in Archidesign circumstance (first data group), information to define analysis form in Archilist circumstance (second data group), quantity of the manifacture unit price and total informations take place. All these information are defined in a line far each manif ature. For each manifacture the informations that define the design type in Archidesign circumstance is expressed a shortly. The informatins that define the analysis type in Archilist circumstance is explained by using abbreviations. The calculations that have to be done for each manitacture are turned in to some formulas. The quantity information gained from the Archilist about reconnoitering list is transferd to this list by using copy-paste commands. This is the most practical way of solution. And also while using MOD-ARCHI II, if it is wanted to reach the information about a macture by reconnoitering list it will be enough to wright the pose number. In this condition the Microsoft Excel software that reconnoitering list is formed on will go to the line where the pose number of this manifacture is. The neccessary informatios take peace in the line. By defining the form of the reconnoitering list MOD-ARCHI II formed totally. In this way the usage of MOD-ARCHI II with some manifacture examples must be proved. Basic steps that must be followed while using MOD-ARCHI II common for each manifacture are arranged. During the XVIII determination is this steps the shortest and the right one is chosen. And also it is defined that in which file this basic steps must take place. Later these steps are explained in a comprehensive way. In the and by following the basic steps in MOD-ARCHI II quantity and cost informations of 12 manifactures of an architectural project are reached. These manifactures are chosen from different manifactures groups and the usage of MOD-ARCHI II in all manifacture is proved.

These manifactures are chosen from different manifactures groups and the usage of MOD-ARCHI II in all manifacture is proved.
