Türkiye Denizyolu Konteyner Taşımacılığının Kombine Taşımacılık İle Geliştirilmesi

Abstract

Deniz taşımacılığı özellikle yüksek miktardaki yüklerin uzun mesafeleri kat ederek taşınmasında dünyada güvenilirlik ve ekonomik oluşu sayesinde kendisini kanıtlamıştır. Konteynerin deniz taşımacılığında kullanılmasıyla deniz taşımacılığının güvenilirliği artmış, kombine taşımacılık yaygınlaşması ile de diğer taşıma sistemleriyle uyumu sağlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada, ülkemizin sahip olduğu denizyolu konteyner taşımacılığı ve kombine taşımacılık altyapısı incelenerek, eksiklikler tespit edilmiş ve bu eksikliklerin giderilmesi için çözüm önerilerinde bulunulmuştur. Yapılan analiz sonucu ülkemizin denizyolu konteyner taşımacılığını geliştirilmesinin en önemli yolunun kombine taşımacılığın geliştirmesi olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Kombine taşımacılığın verimli bir şekilde kullanılması için ise demiryolu altyapısının geliştirmesi ve demiryolu ile verilen hizmet kalitesini arttırılarak karayolu taşımacılığını mümkün olduğunca demiryoluna kaydırmak gerekmektedir. Kombine taşımacılığın geliştirilmesi sonucu konteyner taşımacılığının avantajları daha çok ön plana çıkacak ve limanlarımızda işlem gören konteyner miktarında artış sağlanacaktır.

Seaborne transportation has proved itself on transportation of large amount of cargo in long distances with the advantages of being economic and reliable. By the usage of container in seaborne transport, the reliability of seaborne transport has increased and by the time combined transport become widesperead, the harmony with other means of transport is provided. In this study with the inspection of infrastructure of Turkiye’s seaborne container transportation and combined transportation, deficiencies and insufficiencies were detected and some suggestions were made for overcoming them. With the result of analysis it is concluded that the most important way of developing Türkiye’s seaborne container transport is the development of combined transport. To use combined trasport efficiently, the railway infrastructure should be developed and with the improvement of the service given by rail transportation, road transportation should be moved to railways as far as possible. After the development of combined transport, the advantages of container transportation will get foreground and the amount of container handled in our ports will become higher.
