Hasköy'de Tarihi Çevre Koruma Ve Sıhhileştirme Önerileri

Abstract

Bu tezin amacı, Hasköy’de geleneksel özelliklerini koruyan tarihi dokunun belgelenmesi ve sıhhileştirme konusunda öneriler geliştirilmesidir. Yapılan çalışma kapsamında, sınırları tarihi dokunun yoğunluğuna göre belirlenen alanda analizler yapılmış ve mevcut durum değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma alanındaki 649 yapı, kat adedi; kullanım durumu; kullanım türü; mülkiyet durumu; yapım tekniği; strüktürel durum; yapım tarihi; tarihi değerlilik ve korunmuşluk durumu analizleriyle incelenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmeler doğrultusunda, tarihi dokuyu korumaya yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur. Çalışma alanının içinde bulunan, geleneksel dokunun örneklerinin bir süreklilik içinde gözlemlendiği ‘Basmacı Ruşen Sokak’ için daha detaylı bir çalışma yapılmıştır. Yerleşmede bu boyutta korunmuş olarak günümüze ulaşan tek sokak olan Basmacı Ruşen Sokak’taki yapıların, plan ve cephe rölöveleri çıkartılmış, bu yapılar için sıhhileştirme önerileri hazırlanmıştır.

The purpose of this thesis paper is to document the historical structure in Haskoy that has preserved its traditional characteristics and to develop proposals for the rehabilitation work. In the scope of the study, analyses have been conducted in the area that has been specified in terms of its historical structure density and the current situation has been established. Number of floors, land use, usage of building stock, state of ownership, construction techniques, state of structural condition, period, historical value and state of preservation analysis have been done for 649 building in the area. With the aid of this evaluation, proposals to preserve the historical structure have been suggested. A more detailed analysis have been done for ‘Basmaci Rusen Sokak’, which is an area that resides in the scope of the study and exhibits a continuous representation of the historical structure. In this street, plan and facade surveys have been developed and proposals for rehabilitation have been suggested.
