Depo Yönetiminde Bilgi Teknolojileri Kullanımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, lojistik yönetimi, lojistik sektöründe bilgi teknolojileri kullanımı, depo yönetimi ve bir lojistik bilgi sistemi olan depo yönetim sistemi literatürel olarak incelenmiş ve depo yönetim sisteminin bir depo içerisinde kullanımı ile oluşan yararlar araştırılmıştır. Literatür incelemesi sonucunda lojistik sektöründe bilgi teknolojilerinin kullanımının gün geçtikçe arttığı ve sektörün her alanında bilgi teknoloji sistemlerinin kullanıldığı görülmüştür. Uygulama bölümünde depo içerisindeki tüm süreçler süreç haritalarıyla sunulmuştur. Bir depo yönetim yazılımı uygulaması, depo içerisindeki yazılımın kurulumundan önce ve sonraki durum ile kıyaslanarak analiz edilmiş, yararları ortaya konulmuştur. Depo içerisindeki süreçlerin uygulama olarak seçilen depo yönetim yazılımı üzerinden ilerleyişi, yazılımın pencereleri sunularak gösterilmiştir. Anket çalışması ile de yazılımın yararları kullanıcılar tarafından değerlendirilmiş, sonuçlar tablolaştırılarak analiz edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak depo yönetim sistemi yazılımının anında bilgiye ulaşıma olanak verdiği, envanter doğruluğunu, sevkiyat doğruluğunu, rapor doğruluğunu ve müşteri hizmet düzeyini arttırdığı, süreçlerin daha kısa bir zamanda gerçekleşmesini sağladığı anlaşılmıştır.

In this study, logistics management, information systems in lojistics sector, warehouse management and warehouse management systems being a logistics information system are literaturally examined and the advantages occured by the usage of the warehouse management systems are analysed. By the literature examining it is find out that the usage of warehose management systems are becoming widespread and in every area of logistics, information systems have been used. In the application part all the processes in a warehouse are represented with process maps. A warehouse management system implementation is introduced by analysing the processes which took place before the implementation of the warehouse management system and after that. The benefits of the system are presented. The processes of the warehouse are carried out with the warehouse management system and the windows of the software are presented. With a survey the benefits of the software are evaluated by the users and the results are analysed with tables. As a result, it is understood that with a warehouse management system you can reach the information simulatenously, the inventory accuracy, transportation accuracy, report accuracy and customer service level is increased and the processes take place in a less time.
