Kent Mobilyaları Tasarım Ve Kullanım Süreci

Abstract

Ülkemizde yaşanan hızlı kentleşme olgusu, değişen yaşam şartları, değişen toplum yapısı ve teknolojik gelişmeler, kentlerin gelişimleri, planları ve görünümleri üzerinde etkili olmaktadır. Bu bilinçle tasarımcılar insan ihtiyaçlarına cevap veren, estetik değerlere sahip, çağdaş kentler oluşturabilmek için yeni araştırmalar yapmakta ve çalışmalarını, hizmetlerini bu araştırma sonuçlarına göre yönlendirmektedir. Kent mobilyaları konusundaki araştırmalarda bu kapsamda önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, kent mobilyalarının olması gereken tasarım ve kullanım sürecinin irdelenmesi, sonuçlar ve değerlendirmeler çıkarılmasıdır. Yapılan çalışmada öncelikle konu ile ilgili literatür araştırması yapılmıştır. Daha sonra görsel analiz ve anket araştırması yöntemi kullanılarak alan araştırması yapılmıştır. Çalışma alanı olarak İstanbul Büyükşehir belediyesi ilçe belediyelerinde kent mobilyaları ile ilgili belediye başkan yardımcıları, park bahçeler müdürlükleri, fen işleri müdürlükleri seçilmiştir. Konuyla ilgili birimlere kent mobilyalarının tasarım ve kullanım sürecini irdeleyen anket çalışması yapılmıştır.

The rapid urbanizing fact experienced in our country, the changing life standards, the changing social structure, and the technological improvements influence the panoramic view, development and plans of the cities. Conscious of these, the designers are developing new projects for creating modern cities responsive to the human needs, aesthetically formed and they orientate their services according to the results of these projects. The street furniture projects are significant in this respect. The aim of this project is explicating the necessary design and usage process of the street furniture, and drawing out some fresh results and evaluations. In the work, initially, the literature research of the subject is carried out and then field survey is made by using the visual analysis and survey research methods. As the working field, the deputy mayors of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, parks and gardens directorate concerned with the street furniture are selected. There has been a survey discussing the designing and usage process of the street furniture.
