Tedarik Zinciri Yönetiminde Scor Modeli , Tedarik Süreci Performans Değerlendirmesi Ve Scorcard Uygulaması

Abstract

Tedarik zinciri yönetim anlayışı, şirketler tarafından sadece benimsenmesinin ve uygulanmasının yanında performansının izlenmesi ve yönetilmesi çok önemlidir. Tedarik zinciri yönetiminde birden fazla işletme yeraldığından, performansın ölçülmesi ve yönetimi, tek bir işletmenin performansının ölçülmesi ve izlenmesine oranla daha zor ve karmaşıktır. Bu çalışmada tedarik zinciri yönetimi, tedarik zinciri performans değerlemesi, tedarik süreci ve tedarik zinciri yönetimi ve performansının ifadesi için Tedarik Zinciri Konseyi tarafından geliştirilen SCOR modeli incelenmiştir. Uygulama boyutunda beyaz eşya sektöründeki firmanın tedarik süreci belirlenmiş ve firmanın sac tedarik süreci SCOR modellemede dördüncü seviyeye kadar tanımlanmıştır. Ayrıca sac tedariğinde tedarikçi performans kriterleri belirlenerek SCORCARD tablosu oluşturulmuştur. Firmanın en fazla sac tedarik ettiği tedarikçinin gerçek değeri ile diğer tedarikçilerin performanslarına göre belirlenen değerler arasında karşılaştırma yapılarak tedarikçinin performans metriklerinde ne durumda rekabet edebildiği belirlenmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirme ve çalışma ile tedarikçinin performansının hangi seviyede olmasının firma faaliyetleri için avantaj olacağı ortaya konumuştur.

Not only the understanding and application of the supply chain management but also the evaluation of the performance of it is very important. Due to existence of more than one company in a supply chain network, the tracing and evaluation of the actions are more difficult than those of single company. In this study the SCOR modeling approach that is developed by Supply Chain Council is examined for supply chain management and procurement process assessment. During the application dimension, procurement processes of a white goods company are defined and the metal sheet procurement processes are defined till 4th level. Also for these processes the key performance indicators (KPI) are defined and a SCORCARD table is developed. The high volume metal sheet supplier of the firm is compared with the others suppliers to determine the competitive advantage of the suppliers with respect to KPI metrics. At the end of the study, the performance values of the suppliers that maximize the competitive advantage of the firm are determined.
