Tedârikçi Değerlendirme Ölçütlerinin İncelenmesi İçin Elektromekanik Endüstrisinde Bir Anket Uygulaması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, tedârik zinciri yönetiminin esasları üzerinde çalışılıp, satınalma yönetimi üzerinde yoğunlaşılmıştır. Satınalma yönetiminin önemli başlıklarından olan tedârikçi seçimi ve performans değerlendirmesinde kullanılabilecek ölçütler belirlenmiş ve elektromekanik endüstrisinde gerçekleştirilen bir anket çalışmasıyla bu ölçütler önem derecelerine göre ağırlıklandırılmıştır. Elde edilen ölçüt ağırlıkları ile yeni bir tedârikçi performans değerlendirme yöntemi geliştirilip sunulmuştur. Anketin istatistiksel analizinde Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi (AHP) , eşit ortalama ve varyans testleri, normalite testi ve Levene’s analiz yöntemlerinden faydalanılmıştır. Geliştirilen yeni tedârikçi performans değerlendirme yöntemi ile elektromekanik endüstrisinde faaliyet gösteren bir şirkette uygulama yapılmış, sonuçlar firmanın mevcut performans değerlendirme yöntemi sonuçlarıyla kıyaslanarak sunulmuştur.

In this study, the principles of supply chain management is investigated and we focused on sourcing management. Supplier performance evaluation factors is one of the most important topics in sourcing management and a new method is presented which was obtained by a survey application in electromechanical industry. New criterias were defined and they were weighted by means of the survey study. During the statistical analyses of the survey, normality test, test for equal variance and mean, Levene’s test, Analytical Hyerarchy Process were some tools used. After the new method was defined, an application was done at a company working in electromechanical industry and results were compared with the company’s present method.
