Elektronik İşyeri Teknolojisi Ve Yazılım Ergonomisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, elektronik işyerlerinin yararları ortaya konulmuş, şirketlerin mevcut durumda teknoloji seviyeleri ölçülmüş, yazılım dizaynı prensipleri ele alınmış, pazardaki elektronik işyeri yazılımları incelenmiş ve elektronik işyeri teknolojisinin zaman tasarrufu sağladığı kanıtlanmıştır. Ayrıca, yazılım ergonomisinin önemi ve elektronik işyerleri teknolojisindeki yeri vurgulanmıştır. Öncelikle tezde bilişim teknolojisinin üç aşaması olduğu öne sürülmüştür. Üçüncü ve en gelişmiş aşama olan işbirliği teknolojisinin aracı elektronik işyerleri diğer bir deyişle kurumsal portallardır. Bir anket çalışması ile katılımcı şirketlerin hangi aşamada ne kadar yeterli olduğu ölçülmüş, sonuçlar kullanıcı, şirket ve ülke bazında analiz edilmiştir. Elektronik İşyeri yazılımı uygulama projesi kapsamında yapılması gereken vaka analizi hazırlanmış, yazılım seçiminde uygulanması gereken anket geliştirilmiştir. Yazılım dizaynı prensipleri işlenmiş, kullanıcı merkezli yazılım dizaynı yöntemleri ortaya konulmuştur. Pazarda lider konumdaki 3 elektronik işyeri yazılımı incelenmiş ve bir şirkete en uygun olanın bulunması amacıyla karşılaştırılmıştır. Son olarak, elektronik işyerlerinin zaman tasarrufu sağladığı bir ERP yazılımı ile Kurumsal Portal yazılımının bir senaryo çerçevesinde karşılaştırıldığı simulasyon çalışmasıyla kanıtlanmıştır.The objective of this study is to discuss the benefits of electronic workplace technology, to assess the current situation of the companies from the information technology viewpoint, to emphasize the importance of software ergonomics and its usage in electronic workplaces, to study user centered design principles, to compare portal products in the market and to prove the time saving by using an electronic workplace software. First of all, it is proposed that there are three phases of information technology. The third and most advanced phase is the collaboration phase and the enabling tool of collaboration is electronic workplaces i.e. enterprise portals. A questionnaire is done to assess the current state of companies in information technology phases and the results are analysed based on participants, companies, and countries that took part in the study. A business case is prepared that should be used within an implementation project. The system design priciples are studied and user centered design methods are presented. A checklist is designed to assist a package fit analysis phase during a project. This checklist is used to find the best portal product for a company. The last but not the least, a simulation is run by comparing an ERP software with an enterprise portal around a scenario and the time saving benefit of electronic workplace technology is proven.
