Üretim Yönetiminde Proses Kontrol Teknolojileri

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, proses kontrol sistemlerinin üretim yönetimi üzerindeki etkileri ve sağladıkları yararlar belirtilmiştir. Bilgisayar teknolojileriyle birlikte son yıllarda üretim yönetiminde kullanılan sistemler hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Üretim sistemlerinde kullanılan proses kontrol sistemleri detaylı olarak anlatılmıştır. Uygulama bölümünde ise bir kimya tesisinde gerçekleştirilen bir proses kontrol projesi anlatılmıştır. Bu projenin yönetimi ve gerçekleştirilmesinde izlenilen adımlar detaylı olarak verilmiştir. Projenin amacı, hammadde ile birlikte kullanılan fakat atık olarak toplanan bir maddenin geri kazanımını sağlayarak üretim maliyetlerini düşürmektir. Projenin uygulanması sonucu üretime sağlanan yararlar ve maliyet tasarrufları hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.

In this project, influences and benefits of process control systems on production management are defined. Some information is given about the systems which are being used with computer technologies in production management. Process control systems used in production systems are explained detailly. In application part, a process control project which is iplemented in a chemical plant is being explained. Steps which are followed in management and implication of this project are given detailly. The main purpose of the project is to reduce the produtcion costs by recycling of a component which is used with raw material and collected as a waste after production. Information about the contributions and costs savings on the production are given after the implimentation of the project.
