Yalın Üretim – Çevik Üretim Farkları Ve Çevik Şirkete Geçişin Yönetilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, yalın ve çevik üretim kavramları açıklanarak aralarındaki farklar ortaya konmuş ve çevik üretimin günümüzün hızla değişen ve rekabetin çok yoğun olarak yaşandığı iş ortamında yeni bir üretim ve yönetim anlayışı olarak getirdiği yenilikler ve değişimler incelenmiştir. Müşteri ihtiyaçlarının yol açtığı artan ürün çeşitliliği ve kısalan ürün yaşam sürelerini ve pazardaki belirsizlik ortamını dikkate alarak üretim yapmayı savunan yeni bir üretim konsepti olan çevik şirkete geçiş için firmaların yapması gerekenler literatürde önerilen iki model göz önüne alınarak formüle edilmiştir. Bu modellerin eksik ve geliştirilmesi gereken yönleri tartışılmış ve uygulama olarak SIEMENS Alçak Gerilim Dağıtım Sistemleri için çevik olma ihtiyacı belirlenerek ve bu birim temel alınarak bir çevikliğe geçişin yönetilmesi için model oluşturulmuş, yapılması gerekenler ve getireceği avantajlar tespit edilmiştir.

In this study the lean and the agile manufacturing concepts are explained, the differences are indicated and the novelties and the changes of the agile manufacturing in the rapidly changing and customer focused business environment as a new manufacturing and management comprehension are inspected. A roadmap for the transition to agile enterprise, which will manufacture goods considering the increasing product variety and decreasing product life-cycles caused by the rapidly changing customer needs, is presented in view of two models in the literature. The deficient points of the proposed models in the literature for the transition to agile manufacturing are discussed and as application the agility needs for the Siemens Low Voltage Distribution Systems is determined and based on this department a model is proposed for the management of the transition to agile manufacturing and agile management and a transition plan to agility is projected; the application requirements and the advantages are established.
