Özet
Bu çalışmada ortamdaki değişikliklere karşı oldukça seçici ve hassas olan 3-Hidroksiflavon türevleri sentezlenmiştir. 3-Hidroksiflavon türevleri yapılarında bulunan kromofor grubu sayesinde ESIPT reaksiyonu göstererek birbirinden iyice ayrılmış iki fluoresans bant verirler. Çalışmamızda 3-Hidroksiflavona molekülün yağsı özelliğini artıcak “butil” zinciri takılarak, FN4, OFN4, MFN4 kodlu problar sentezlenmiştir. Non-polar özelliği artan sensör biyolojik sistemle daha iyi iletişime girerek hücre hakkında daha fazla bilgi edinmemizi sağlanmıştır. Çalışmamızda moleküllerin bu özelliğinden faydalanarak sulardaki biyolojik kirlenmenin tespiti hedeflenmiştir
In this study different types of 3-Hydroxyflavones which are sensitive and selective to small perturbations are synthesized. Due to the chromophore groups in the structure of 3-Hydroxyflavones, they are able to undergo ESIPT reaction yielding two fluorescent bands that are well seperated from each other. In this study the “butyl” group which is able to increase the lipid formation is attached to the molecule, and FN4, MFN4, OFN4 coded probes are synthesized. With the increase of the non-polar property of the sensor 3-Hydroxyflavone derivatives betterly got in touch with the system yielding better information about the cell. Due to this property of the molecules it’s planned to prove the biological contamination in water.
