Abstract

Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi Maliyet Düşürme Ve Müşteri Memnuniyeti Gibi Konular Açisindan Büyük Bir Potansiyele Sahiptir. Bu Konular Günümüzün Rekabet Yoğun Ortaminda Çok Önemlidirler. Bu Yüzden Etkin Bir Tedarik Zincirine Sahip Olmak Önemlidir. Tedarik Zinciri Yönetiminin Üç Bileşeni Vardir.Bunlar Dağitim Yönetimi, Envanter Yönetimi Ve Konum Planlamasidir. Bu Alt Başliklarda Çeşitli Matematiksel Modeller Geliştirilmiştir. Tezin Bu Modellerin Anlatildiği Teorik Kisminin Ardindan, Tezimin Ana Amaci Olan Tedarik Zinciri Yönetiminde Performans Arttirma Amaciyla Iki Uygulama Gerçekleştirilmiştir. Uygulamalardan Birincisi Üretim Planlamada Kullanilan Mevcut Satiş Tahmin Sisteminin Incelenmesi Ve Bu Sistemin Yeterince Hassas Olmamasi Üzerine Alternaitf Bir Modelin Geliştirilmesidir. Ikinci Uygulama Ise Önemli Bir Ürünün 200 Ml Süsp. Hammaddesi Olan S.M. Için Emniyet Stoğu Ve Yeniden Sipariş Noktasinin Tespitidir. Iki Uygulama Sonucuda Gerek Ilgili Elemanlarla Gerekse De Lojistik Müdürü Sayin Şener Giritlioğlu Ile Yapilan Görüşmede Sonuçlarin Gerçekçi Ve Kullanima Uygun Bulunmuştur.

Supply chain management is one of the areas which has the greatest potential for cost saving and improving customer satisfaction. These factors have an enormous importance in today’s highly competitive environment. So it is quite important to have an efficient supply chain. Supply chain has three major components. These are distribution management, inventory management and location selection. In these components related mathematical models have been developed. After the theoritical sections related with these models, two applications for improving performance of the supply chain have been done in the final section. The first one is about the performance evaluation of the current sales forecast technique used by the production planning and selection of an alternate technique due to its insensitivity. The second one is about the determinaton of safety stock and reorder point of a chemical called as s.m. used for a product called as 200 ml susp.. The results were discussed with the related staff and logistics manager Mr. Giritlioğlu. The results were found realistic and satisfactory for usage.
