Kapılı-ayrık Konut Yerleşmeleri Yakın Çevre Etkilerinin Çevresel Stres Bağlamında İrdelenmesi

Abstract

Çalışmada, kapılı topluluk yerleşmelerinin kentsel mekansal ayrışma görünümü olarak ortaya çıkışı, söylem ve teoriler bağlamında incelenmiştir. Ayrışma ve ötekileştirme temelinde ortaya çıkan kapılı topluluk yerleşmeleri, çevresinde yaşayanlarda bir gerilim oluşturmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, çevresel stres açısından kapılı topluluk yerleşmelerinin, çevresinde yaşayanlar tarafından algısına yönelik olarak semantik ve sentaktik analizler yapılmıştır. Farklı sentaktik değerdeki örneklem alanlarda yaşayanlarla, belirlenen çevresel stres parametrelerin algısına yönelik olarak yapılan görüşmeler değerlendirilmiştir. Alan çalışmasında ortaya çıkan sonuçlara göre, farklı kentsel bütünleşme değerlerine sahip kapılı topluluk yerleşmeleri çevresinde yaşayanların, kapılı yerleşimi stres elemanı olarak algılamalarında farklılıklar görülmektedir. Kentsel bütünleşme değeri ile ters orantılı olarak değişim gösteren algısal farklılıklar, gerilim doğurmaktadır.

In this study, gated community in view of the emergence of settlements in the urban spatial segregation is examined in the context of theories and discourse. Gated community settlements emerged on the basis of otherness and fragmentation creates a tension on the living around. In this context, the semantic and syntactic analysis of gated communities in terms of environmental stress has been done in the perception of the residents living around. Interviews with the determined environmental stress parameters and sampling areas residents of different syntactic value were evaluated for perception. According to the results of the fieldwork, with the different values of the integration of urban settlements around the gated community as differences are seen in the perception of the gated community as stressor. Showing alteration in inverse proportion to the value of urban integration perceptual differences emerges tension.
