Konut Tasarımında Kullanılabilecek Boyutsal Kullanıcı Gereksinmelerine Dayalı Veri Dosyaları

Abstract

Türkiye'de hızlı kentleşmeyle birlikte artan konut ihtiyacını karşılamak amacıyla konut üretimi artmıştır. Ama yapılan konutlar, Kullanıcı gereksinmelerini tam karşılayamamaktadırlar. Bu sorunların çözülmesinde önemli görev tasarımcıya düşmektedir. Tasarımcı kullanıcı gereksinmelerini iyi irdeleyebildiği ölçüde, İnsanla Uyumlu Bir Çevre tasarlayabilir. Bu nedenle; Tasarımcının konut tasarımında kullanabileceği, boyutsal kullanıcı gereksinmelerine dayalı bir veri tabanı oluşturacak, bir araştırma yapılması gerekli görülmüştür. Bu amaçla, tezin 1. Bölümünde konuya giriş yapılmış, tezin amacı, kapsamı, önemi ve izlenilen yol açıklanmıştır. 2. Bölümde insanın İnsanın çevresine uyan bir varlık değil de, çevreyi kendisine uyduran bir varlık olması nedeniyle bir Çevre-Ortam kurması; bu Çevre-Ortamın kurulmasında da insanın boyutları ve önemi incelenmiştir. 3. Bölümde insanın kurduğu bu Çevre-Ortamda gereksinmelerinin neler olduğunun belirlenmesi, İnsanla Uyumlu Bir Çevrenin oluşturulmasının önemi anlatılmıştır. 4. Bölümde insanların barınma gereksinmesini karşılayan, onları dış tesirlerden koruyan ve güvenlik içinde yaşamasını sağlayan konutun, günü müze kadar geçirdiği evrim anlatılmıştır. Konutun tasarlanmasında önemli olan, konutun karşılaması gereken eylemlerin bilinmesidir. Bu eylemler ve onların birbirleriyle ilişkileri Konuta ait İşlev Şemasında incelenmiştir. İşlev şemasında da görüleceği gibi her eylem grubu için ayrı bir mekan düzenlenmektedir. Bu açıdan soruna yaklaşıldığında Mekan Özelleşme Düzeyi önem kazanmaktadır. 5. Bölümde ise tezin amacı olan Bir Veri Tabanı oluşturacak olan Tabloların hazırlanması için yapılan çalışmalar, izlenilen yollar, yöntemler, tabloların nasıl düzenlendiği anlatılmıştır. Araştırmalarda incelendiği üzere konutun eylemler ve eylem Alanları bazında incelenmesinin doğru olduğuna karar verilmiştir. Bundan sonra konutta yer alan eylemler açıklanarak tablolarla da örneklenerek anlatılmıştır. 6. ve son Bölümde ise tablolardan elde edilen sonuçlar incelenerek, çalışmanın amacına ulaşıp ulaşmadığı irdelenmiştir. Daha önceki çalışmalar la karşılaştırılarak öneriler yapılmıştır. Ekler kısmında ise geliştirilen tablolar bölümlere göre sırayla verilmiştir.

The costruction of dwellings has been increased in recent years in Turkey where there is a big demand for dwellings, due to rapid urbanization. But, the dwelling's, quality is not sufficient for the needs of users. To solve this problem, the planners have a very important mission. The more planners examine the demands of users, the more harmonious environment he / she can plan. Therefore, the aim of this study is to develop a database for dwelling planning, depended on the needs of users. The scope of the study is very large, and it will cause unsafficient investigations so there is a necesitty to limit the research study. Therefore the subject of this study was limited with the spatial needs of pople on dwelling planning. Additionally, the spatial changes are the most dramatic changes in the dwelling. In the first chapter of this study the subject, area, aim, scope and the importance of this study and the applied research method were explained. The study was begun with a literature survey. In the second chapter, the theory was examined, which suggest the people is not in accordance with the environment, he changes his environment according to his needs, so he creates an Environment- Surrounds. The importance of the human dimensions by forming this Environment-Surrounds were tried to emphasis in this chapter as well. The human dimensions can be explained in three groups: Anthropometric, Sensory and Perceptional-Mental. Anthropometric dimensions are the basic values to determine the dimensions of the equipment planned for the use of people as well as the determination of the spacial needs. The antropometric dimensions are relavitely different to the cultural groups, the nutrition habits of society, the race, the sex, the age and the profession. The antropometric dimensions are calculated from the Minimum, Medium and Maximum body sizes of the members of a society. The reached values represent the Anthropometric dimensions of the society. Minimum, Medium and Maximum body sizes were measured and calculated separately to get the best sizes of the equipment which will be sufficient for the needs of users.
