Abstract

Bu çalışmada, proje yönetimi bilgi düzeyine, yazılımın kullanım tipine, kullanımın genişliğine göre etkileri belirleyerek Türk Gemi İnşa sektörü için bir yazılım bütünü seçilmiştir. Türk Tersanelerinde artan sayıda proje sonucunda gemi inşa proje analizlerine dayanarak işlerin organize edilmesi ve yönetilmesi geregi doğmuştur. Proje planlama ve kontrolü için CPM, PERT, GERT, WBS, GPWBS, LOB gibi metodlar geliştirilmiş, daha iyi izleme için EV geliştirilmiş, daha iyi organize edebilmek için iş paketleri ve görev matrisleri geliştirilmiştir. Günümüzde global rekabette teknoloji önemli bir özelliktir. Kullanıcı dostu, kolay uygulanabilir, düşük maliyetli yazılımlar ve bunların altındaki etkin sistemler ve proje yönetimi bilgi alanlarının doğru uygulanması ile Türk Tersaneleri büyümelerini devam ettirebilecekleri bir noktaya gelebileceklerdir.

In this study, a software package for Turkish Shipyards is sellected according to analzing and assessing the factors that influence the extent of usage, type of usage of software, degree of knowledge in project management. The growth in number of projects at Turkish Shipyards has led to a need to organize and manage work by improved approaches of project analysis in shipbuilding. Methods such as CPM, PERT, GERT, WBS, GPWBS, LOB were developed to improve project planning and control, EV for better tracking, work package, task matrix for better organizing. In todays world, technology has become an important element of global competitiveness. With implementing user friendly, easy adoptable, low costly computer software packages, and on behind efective related mental systems, and applying project management knowledge areas such as time management or procurement management correctly, Turkish Shipyards will leap a point where they can sustain their growth.
