Yaşanabilir Çevre Oluşumunda Mahalle Kriterinin İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, mahalle gelişim ve değişim sürecinde planlama açısından farklılık gösteren (Gecekondu mahallesi, Kent merkezi mahallesi, Toplu konut mahallesi) üç mahallede sosyal ilişki boyutları araştırılmıştır. Bu çerçevede üç mahallede yapılan anket çalışmaları sonucunda elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda endeksler oluşturularak, sosyal göstergelerin analizi yapılmıştır. Bu sosyal göstergeler, sosyo ekonomik statü (SES), sosyal ağ puanı (SAP), komşuluk ilişkileri puanı (KİP), toplumsal duyarlılık puanı (TDP) dır. Sosyal göstergelerin yerleşim özelliklerine ve sosyo-ekonomik, sosyo-kültürel yapı özelliklerine göre nasıl şekillendiği belirlenmiştir.

In this work, social relations in three neighbourhood (squatter area, central city area, planned residential area) which focus the difference for the planning process of the development and changes. The data taking from the three neighborhood by the results making with questionaires are analysed and indexed. These social indexes are socio-economic statuses, social networks, neighboring and sense of community. It is determined how the social indexes are formed according to the features of the location, socio-economic and socio-cultural structure.
